I read that the deaths at the end of the season were supposedly life changing for the group.... I don't agree except for Merle. Merle's death was truly gut-wrenching but I was ready for Andrea to go. It was a good episode but if Carl was my kid... The belt would be coming off.

How do we know the flowers hadnt been on the table longer that what is being discussed? Maybe he had only been without fluids a day or two?

      great idea i really like your thought process and i agree that it would be great. my only thing i would miss about shane would be the way his character turned dark after he left otis as buffet for the walkers. so have him leave after that at least.

ha ha that last line was funny... i think if shane would have took rick out of the picture or just simply moved on like he had planned i think he and merle could have worked well together and then daryl would have come over to the dark side and they could kick the crap out of rick and the gov and took over both spots.  :cool:

i feel like the people who deal with the show might step things up a notch next season, realizing for the past two seasons complacency has kind of taken the show. move one place and hang a season and then move another, so on and so forth. i believe 4 will be a big one. just thinking out loud though.

in my opinion merle is the only person next to shane who has shown true humanity in its frailty in these dark times. .

it doesnt even matter anymore to me who is next. i am still reeling from last night. i cannot believe they had the skinny governor be able to beat up someone like merle, the whole governor thing is beginning to become stupid, in the sense that he cant fight with michonne without getting his tail handed to him but he can turn around and beat the crap out of a big huge guy with a stump knife. this is ridiculous and they are getting too much in the "rick click" for my taste. i am over most of the ding dongs that are in his crew.

I am super pissed. Merle was my third favorite character behind Daryl first and Shane second. All the people who have what it really takes to survive seem to be getting the screw job by the writers. I am with the caster on if they kill Daryl I am out. Seems like anybody who gets in the way of Rick being the most liked character Robert kirkman offs them since he gets butt hurt every time somebody says they like someone else instead of rick's stupid a$$. I hate Rick.

i see what is being said and agree with it. I like the details but i wish they would elaborate more about them in better ways as someone said earlier.... the writing is weak.

    it is just something fun to talk about. for us it might be interesting to think about what might happen is all. i mean if it really crawls on you that bad why even post anything just go to another thread? it is an honest question not intended to be smart aleck. i mean this is the walking dead 3.5 thread and we are here to talk about the walking dead season 3.5. it is a place for us to come and discuss what we enjoy. i dont think anything i have said here has been out of line but if it is i apologize up front i just dont really care for people who like to crash the party for everyone who is actually enjoying themselves.

    You might be right but i have this bad feeling that merle may die, and i like merle, in one of the next two episodes probably saving daryl some how and "not leaving again" as daryl put it earlier in the season     then again as hipower and i have discussed i have some really different views as well but i am gonna keep those to myself cause i dont think anyone would believe what i think is gonna happen.
