  1. I find "most" kydex sheaths will rattle a bit.....some much more than others. There is a fine line on kydex where they may rattle a bit or be so tight it's a bit difficult to get the blade out. I have a couple sheaths from professional makers that will rattle if you work at it enough.
  2. Welcome aboard.
  3. Welcome aboard.
  4. Great pictures and story...thanks for sharing. You make me feel young again.... Basic training for me was 1968.
  5. I guess the 1st Amendment only pertains to the crap the people in the federal government and WH want to talk about. Morons...all of them.
  6. Very nice....did you make the sheath as well?

  9. I thought I'd try some kirinite....it's sands up pretty darn smooth.

  11. It's made from 1/8" thick 1095 carbon steel and the blade is just over 4 1/4" with an OAL of 9 1/4". It has jimping on the spine and Black MOP Kirinite handles. That's right...they call it black but it's more silver than black to me. It has an unsharpened swedge and is nice and light and sharp as a razor. It has two tone blue and white liners, lanyard hole and includes the sheath if anyone is interested. The design in the blade is permanently etched into it. It's not like lazer etching on some blades where when you hit it with a sanding pad it will come right off. 12. If your going to be 4' off the ground I suggest using pressure treated for all your framing/ floor joists and posts and even the 3/4" flooring. Regular framing lumber should be fine for the rest. I have 2 sheds over 20 years old built this way and they are holding up just fine.
  13. Congratulations on the new pistola.
  14. 4X4's  tend to twist...I'd go with 4x6 or 6x6 if it were mine....just sayin'.
  15. I have Border Collies.....all are rescue dogs. We actually had to bottle feed them since they were only 3 weeks old and their mother passed away. Best two dogs we could have ever asked for.
  16. Sweet......that looks like it could become an expensive hobby really fast.
  17. While your entire post was perfect this part struck close to my heart.   Many people today lack goals or principals and even many that do lack the courage or intestinal fortitude to defend their principals. You don't strike me as one of them.
  18. Absolutely beautiful blades.....the sheaths aren't nothing to sneeze at either. Congratulations on your purchases.
  19.     Compared to Obozo Reagan was a God.
  20. Congratulations on escaping that Godforsaken place.
  21. Looks like we need more bleach in the gene pool.
