My wife and I are old timers and we've been getting a shot every year for as long as I can remember. We are both prior military and we never had a choice. There's no reason to stop getting them now.

5/32" thick 1095 carbon steel with filework on the spine, Padauk scales and acid etched. It has a copper pin and lanyard hole. It's about 10 1/4" in OAL with a 5 1/2" blade. It's headed to Texas after Mark@Sea finished the sheath.

This one is made from 1/8" 1095 carbon steel and has black canvas micarta scales with yellow G10 liners with kydex sheath. It has jimping on the spine just in front of the handle and up near the point for better grip during skinning. It's headed to Minnesota to it's new owner in a day or two.

Gun free zones are great.....as long as you have no intention of defending yourself again crazy people. Prayers for the victims and families. I hope the college administration is pleased with their gun free strategy.
