  1. I've been thinking about it. I'll probably give it a shot in the not to distant future.
  2. You're talking the really big one right? I'll keep that in mind.
  3. I'd be vit for a sweatshirt and long sleeve T but please no hoodie for me. I don't want to get shot.
  4. Thanks for the kind words men...I do appreciate it.
  5. Thanks and yeah.....I made three cardboard patterns before we settled on this one. This was the smallest one of the lot. The others were....well they were stinking long. Maybe someday I'll make the largest one just for grins. If you wore it on your belt it would go down to your knee.
  6. Thanks....it was so time consuming I can't imagine what I would have to charge to make it worth my while. I mean it sincerely....nobody would buy it cause it's just insane how much time it takes to do something like that. I made the finger guard as well and when you do everything with files, saws and sandpaper instead of a CNC machine or water jet it's well...a labor of love.
  7. This is a big camp/hunter blade as requested by the customer. It's double acid etched 3/16" thick 1095 Carbon steel with IPE scales and what I call TGO mosaic pins. It has a false edge and jimping on the spine.
  8. I made this for family so I knew it was going to be a PITA before I ever started. As of this moment I'll probably never make another. It's 3/16" thick 1095 carbon steel with a 6" blade. The finger guard and pommel are SS and they are silver soldered to the tang. The handle is black mesquite and Chakta Viga with red and black G10 spacers.
  9. All kinds of cool stuff. Set one for me too.
  10. Seems you're better at this stuff than you thought.
  11. Another incident of people doing crap they don't have a clue about. Everyone is a professional so it seems.
  12. I never use a mobile screen so for me it's a mute issue. It's either laptop or wife's Ipad. Everything seems to be working just fine so far for me. After fooling around with stuff I've condensed the posts, renamed an activity stream and set it up to show me "New Posts" and turned my brightness on my laptop down to about 25% to deal with the brightness so I think I'm good to go. No too shabby for a guy that doesn't know jack about computers or the interwebz. One question though....using the "choose files" to post pictures....was wondering about how many pictures we have before we have to go back and delete or will it just tell you you can't load anymore?
  13. Well I woke up on the right side of the grass so even with all my aches and pains it was a better day than yours. Seriously though...thanks for fixin' the mess. What's the old sayin'...if it ain't broke don't fix it? I guess it was broke though or you wouldn't have updated.
  14. Well as long as it doesn't say "Made in China" I'm good.
  15. You computer guru's never fail to amaze me......cool deal.
  16. Well I don't know why either but yeah...it does seem a bit bright for the eyes, just sayin'.
  17. Done....now I just need a cool ball cap.
  18. Welcome aboard.
  19. That's a beauty......you're a natural
  20. Thanks boss...got it.
  21. Found the file folder or "My Attachments".
  22. Apparently when I uploaded the knife image it ended up in something called Attachments. I also thought I read someplace that this space is limited which is fine. Just wondering how a guy goes about deleting that down the road. I've used that picture in a PM so I'm not looking to delete it at the moment an don't want to use a bunch of space on the forum.
  23. I've been trying to figure out how to leave feedback on this new version without success. What am I missing?
