  1. My dad died of the same thing so I can relate. Prayers out to you and yours.
  2. Good lookin' blade......congratulations.
  3. This is why it's a bad idea. Obozo thinks it's a good one....just sayin'.
  4. I can't watch those Hollywoods libturds nor listen to their BS. Walking Dead for the win.
  5. Welcome aboard.
  6. I hope they get where they want to go. Anyone that stupid deserves a safe trip to meet their maker.
  7. What a mess. I'm glad I didn't have any freezing problems. Good luck to you in getting everything fixed.
  8. All the sleet and freezing rain we had it melting like crazy. We have icy slush lakes all over the neighborhood. I hope this crap doesn't refreeze tonight.
  9. The range huh? Today......no way for me. I would have froze my garbanzos off before I ever got set up to shoot.
  10. Looks like #3 is the overwhelming choice here followed by a good deal of support for #1. Funny how different forums located in different parts of the country differ so much. Another place out west has #1 as the overwhelming choice followed by #2 with #3 coming in third. Thanks guys for your opinions and suggestions and if anyone cares to comment further please feel free.
  11. Good Lord man....
  12. It's like crack I guess. For me it was like "Let me see if I can do this". Once I figured out I could actually make a decent knife I couldn't stop. For me it's a great hobby but it's not for everyone. A lot of the work is slow and tedious and if you don't have the patience, time and ability to adapt and make things easier it can be frustrating. When I get bored or frustrated I just put the steel down and walk away and come back to it later. That's the advantage of it being a hobby rather than a business.
  13. Thanks for all the comments guys. Please keep them coming.
  14. I made a entire new shop to put mine.
  15. No way....that's a KMG grinder from Beaumont Metal Works. It's a first class grinder.   Lookin' good Jimbo.
  16. I have a 350 and have been thinking about making a set of custom scales for it myself. I will go ahead and send and email though.
  17. I used what I had for scales and made all of them the same as stone washing them the same so the only difference would be the shape for the purposes of choosing what shape people like the best.
  18. I tried but for whatever reason it didn't take. I can't seem to get it to work.
  19. I've been looking at neck and belt knives for months and that's how I came up with these designs/lengths. They could also be used as belt knives and the kydex sheath would allow for mounting of a belt loop or  small Blade-Tech Tek-Lok.
  20. Three additional views of the different knives.
  21. All 3 are made from 1084 carbon steel 1/8" thick. They are all acid dipped and stone washed. They all have the same green G10 material for scales and carbon fiber tubes for pins. The only real difference is the shape. Please look them over and select the one you like the best. I need opinions on preference so even if you're not interested in buying one please pick the one you like the best. Fell free to offer reasons why you do or do not like the particular knife. Thanks.
  22. I know for a fact there is one in Dover. The other two I know nothing about.
