  1. Hands up....don't shoot. My ass. Obozo and his flunky Holder got just what they were looking for.
  2. Those knuckleheads in DC are expected by the people to do just that. Too bad they rarely if ever do.
  3. The swedge makes it easier to make a fine point without taking too much integrity from the actual blade. The actual blade thickness remains heavier through most of the length  and dresses up appearance. It also makes it easier for piercing.   A lot of modern blades don't have them because it's an additional process and an additional cost.
  4. This I'll call a camp knife for lack of a better term. It's made from 1095 carbon steel 1/4" thick with a blade of about 5 1/4" long. Over all length is right at 10 1/2". It's been professionally heat treated to a RC of 59-60. It has jimping on the spine and has been lightly etched for contrast. It has textured G10 scales with white liners and comes with the sheath pictured. This will probably be a "one of" knife. I spent a lot of time on this one for some reason and don't care to do it again soon. It has a good sized handle....you're lot likely gonna let this one slip out of your hand. It's available.
  5. Prayers out to you and yours. He sounds like quite a man.
  6. I don't believe it for a second.
  7. I'm a firm believer politicians are a do as I say not as I do bunch of losers. I don't believe any of those dipsticks have what's in our best interests at heart...only what makes them a ton on money and gains them influence. Haslam is a fool like the rest of them.

  11. It's obvious that dipstick ain't right otherwise he wouldn't have acted that way. I'm glad he didn't get physically threatening to you or we would have read in the Tennessean how this guy on crutches kicked so man's butt.   Some people need a good butt whoopin' though.....

  15. Are there experienced kydex sheath makers any on the forum located in the middle Tennessee area that would be willing to give a guy a lesson?
  16. There is a state law on the books in Nevada that forbids it. http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/03/06/couple-denied-foster-kids-because-they-carry-guns-for-self-defense/   Brian and Valerie Wilson of Nevada want to take in foster kids and start a family but are being prohibited from doing so because they carry guns for self-defense. On March 5, they testified in front of the Assembly Judiciary Committee in favor of a bill that would change state law and allow them to foster—and eventually adopt—but they face strong opposition from the state Division of Child and Family Services deputy administrator Jill Marano. According to Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Wilsons testified in favor of Assembly Bill 167, which “would allow Nevadans with concealed carry permits, and law enforcement officers, to carry loaded guns on their person in a home or car and still be eligible to be foster parents.” Read more.
