  1. This makes a nice emblem for Mempo.
  2. Never bet on another mans game!!!
  3. I don't get it, where's the donuts.
  4. You will do fine. When my wife and I got ours a couple of years ago she had never shot a hand gun before. In fact she didn't have a whole lot of use for guns. Even tho her father and brothers had hunted all their lives. So when I told her I was going to get my HCP and asked if she wanted to go she said yes. I thought she was kidding. I asked her again a few days later and she stated she was serious. So we went to the back yard and I gave her a run down on handling a revolver. We did this twice. She shot less than 100 rounds altogether and I instructed her on safety and handling while just talking. I had never seen my wife shoot before this and we had been married about 37 years at this point. Long story short she passed with no problems at all. And now likes to shoot when she can. So there, you'll do just fine.    P.S. she shot a better score than me.
  5. NICE
  6. Mine does this on heavy pulling or when I really get on it empty. Don't want to see me do it don't tail gate me.
  7. gregintenn I still want one of you holsters if you ever have time.
  8. I think you were spot on. A show of force is all it takes most of the time. I've often said if I ever had to use my gun it would probablely be a 14 year old punk trying to prove himself. And living near Mempho the odds are better than even that's what will happen.
  9. Too big for insect spray...... Try a .45
  10. I used to collect pipes and made a couple. back then you could get a kit at larger tabac stores. The best Briar comes from Sardinia, Italy. It sounds like you have all the equipment to make one. A couple of sharp knives will also be useful. Just try it out on some scrape wood first. And remember there are no two free hand pipes the same.
  11. Prayers for you and your family. Glad to hear you are doing better. Let's  keep it up.
  12. I have always wanted to steal a Krispy-Kream donut truck and have the police chase me.
  13. You might try chicago (spl) screws. For flush mount. Normally sold at farm supply stores.
  14. NICE

    New baby

Congratulations. Girls are the best. We had a boy and a girl. The girl is 33 now and still has me wrapped around her little finger. As for the boys, just shoot the first one and the word will spread. HAHA.
  16. My first was a Ruger SR1911. My second is a remington R1. Really like both and the trigger on the remington 1911 R1 is great. Surprises alot of people.
  17. Great idea the grandkids are going to love it.
  18. I'm in. Anybody got change for a penny?
  19. I use a remington 870 with a 18.5 barrel. and I agree I'm only going to clear the room I'm in. I live out in the country so I load 8 rounds of 00 buck. But it all depends on what you feel comfortable with.
  20. This keeps happening when the city leaders ie, Mayor,Chief of Police, etc. get on TV and say they don't know what to do with these kids. This will keep going and sooner or later somebody is going to shoot these punks. Then Momma will be on the news calling for the head of the shooter.
  21. Welcome to TGO
  22. Is this going to be your everyday carry? I like it.
  23. That's some good stuff. Can't stop laughing.
