Yeah I think you're right. And I too would have gotten my ears boxed for that. At least some people still train the young the right way. While I was there I heard a father instructing his son about this very thing. Too bad the guy with his finger on the trigger didn't hear him.

Went to a gun show today near where I live. And as we have all seen or done, people carrying guns for sale. Which I support, but this guy had a lever gun slung over his shoulder with his finger on the trigger the whole time. I'm sure they checked at the door that it was unloaded but it was unnerving to see. Anyone else ever run into this? It goes without saying I kept my eyes on him the whole time.

OK got it did not know that. Yes just jump the 2 main lugs.

Each of the main lugs should be supplying 2 breakers

Run your 10-2 w/ ground to the 2 main lugs and that will supply power to the 4 breaker slots. No need for a 30 amp switch. to kill the power just unplug. your protection for the main will be the breaker supplying the plug in. Then just wire up the 4 breakers as normal.

It sure does get you in the feels.
