I got over most bathroom related shyness a long time ago. A few exceptions are my brother and sister used wait for me to go in and then jimmy the lock to the bathroom and run. The door would swing open and at that age my arms were to short to reach it without getting up. :( I don't think it ever really made a difference, they never did it while anyone was over that I recall, but it was embarrassing as a kid anyway. Also I can't remember who started it, but all three of us kids would start scratching at the door when one of us was using it and not stop until the toilet flushed. It's pretty maddening to hear in an echoing bathroom while your trying to read while your trying to poop.

I'd like to have a mini, I don't think I'd bother messing with it too much though. Since accuracy isn't your top concern I'd say it might be fun for nostalgia sake if nothing else. It would have been better with a paratrooper stock though, then you can pretend to be in the A-Team. Worth it.

We live in fantastic time for the beginning guitar player. You can go to any guitar center and leave with a serviceable acoustic for $250 or less OTD. Get a few lessons, hit up YouTube to learn some stuff, get a few more lessons and so on. I'm making it sound easier than it is, but that's all there is to it. Just remember that guitar playing isn't a hobby measured in months but in years and don't get discouraged. Honestly I wish more people would pick it up if for I other reason than it gets old showing off your best playing on the hardest piece you know only for most people to -_- Then when you play something ridiculously easy (but they know) they turn all The intro lick to sweet home Alabama does not deserve !!!! Any caprice by Paganini on the other hand... <Rant off>

I like turtles! Er, guitars!

Good reason for that. Tombstone is a gun free zone. Yup, its true. Or at least was...

What happened? Was the story bogus, because the link worked?

Mines a real mess too. 9mm chamber and barrel, great. 9mmLargo magazines. Not so great. Wonder if I could find an old Star largo barrel? Iirc, that's the only part they changed when they went to the 9mm... I'd rather shoot the largo than have a gun that won't feed reliably, and when I say that I mean it isn't even worth taking to the range. Too bad as it's an accurate and otherwise fun gun to shoot.

   Best EDC thread. EVER!!

I've been in the same market and have it narrowed down to either a Nikon or Bushnell AR scope. They're both around the same price and have similar features. For me the pros to the Bushnell over the Nikon are the adjustable parallax ( which I keep getting convinced is/isn't important) and the Bushnell has higher magnification. The Nikon has a lot of fans though and their ballistic(?) software is pretty handy I hear.

They have a great location and lots of inventory. Some of the guys there have been fairly cool, but I think that everyone I've ever spoke with there has been either condescending or flat rude at some point. It's too bad because that's the one gun shop I WANT to like but just can't.

Oh I did a pocket check for the sake of the thread. My kershaw hawk, a wet nap, $3.00 in crumpled up singles and a rubber band. No gun for me, I live dangerously. And my job has a no weapons on premise policy that includes parking lots.

Oh and your service bill is in. Looks like you talked for 19 minutes so you owe about $350.00

See, I'll be waiting for the 22lr model. That plus a can = _____. But seriously, I'm glad SOMEONE is on the ball in regards to product development and market research. I've wanted one of these for ever. https://www.exilemachine.net/shop/reviews/alien-shoulder-thing-that-goes-up-21111/customers-review-33.html?zenid=6nj80nitju71tfahsm89msiao6 Now if they can perfect the hoverboard and a functioning lightsaber and I'm all set.

I don't understand the problem? A store is free to do with their inventory as they like, I don't think anyone here would dispute that. The flip side to the coin is that we're free to talk about it. If a store makes its own bed, they have to lay in it. As far as us sitting around bitching about it, as a retail manager I wish there was an online forum full of my potential/former/current local customers telling me what they don't like about my store.

How is the show in the boro compared to the Nashville Goodman show size wise? All this talk about gun shows has actually got me wanting to go to one, maybe. I don't see the Nashville shows in my future anymore though.

I'm fine with some non gun vendors. I even buy stuff from them if I want it (cracker spread is my favorite non gun item. Crack on a cracker) but there gets to be a point where enough crap is enough crap.

Snow is a great character. I'm glad events lead to other events around him. Figure its best to be as cryptic as possible, I don't even know where the shows at, don't want to spoil the fun. ;) The hound has an apt name, he's like a kicked dog who just wanted to do well. -

I've seen him in other stuff (Station Agent is a pretty tolerable independent film he was in) but GOT is what I'll alwYs associate him with first. -
You won't be disappointed.

Its likely that you'll end up with several. Like I said in your last thread, go set all the AIM BCG to alert you when they come in and get the first one that does. For $79. - $129. You won't find a better bargain for the money. I like the nitride and the more I read up on it the more I like it.

I would call corporate office. Guaranteed quicker resolution. ;) @6.8 Nothing at all against home based FFLs. Just wondering.

Haven't been to one in about a year. I used to like looking at the guys who had massive collection and would get a booth and buy sell and trade for the pleasure of the hobby. That and the used inventory. Used to be easy to find more beater/project rifles than you could carry in a shopping cart. Now it seems about 80% gun shops with mostly new inventory, 17% beef jerky/t-shirts /cheap imported crap(knives, lighters, wallets etc.) Once I get my press setup I might start going again to meet Mr. David, but that's about it.

SPOILER ALERT [background='#000000']He was a great character and I was surprised when I read it. There are other good characters though, and as they get to live longer they get to have more development in their characters. Ned was just a catalyst IMO, albeit a key one. Killing him off opened more interesting story lines than leaving him alive would have.[/background] That's one of the things I like about Martin's writing style, a lot of authors writing long series like this tend to write one book after another with each book building off of the next. There are usually glimpses of fore site, but not quite like GOT. The whole way through it seems like he's been 10 steps ahead of himself with where the story is ultimately going. Almost like each previous book was a prequel written AFTER the next book. -
I left mine open in case I want to put a sling mount on one of these days. I think you'll like the MOE. I went back and forth before choosing it for my last build and I'm glad I did. The LOP is almost perfect, there no fussing with anything and it seems quite durable. Good cheek weld, multiple sling attachment points, ample storage... I'm a fan for sure. You're unlikely to find an absolutely screaming deal anywhere that will make you regret a purchase from Joebobs. They have consistently low pricing and while their stock was a bit low for awhile (just like everyone else) they never raised a price for an in demand item that I ever saw. If your really worried about getting the best value for your money throw a free tshirt in your shopping cart.
