I was taking to my brother the other day ago Ted. We realized we will likely never grow out of pretending to punch one another and making explosion sounds on "impact". Kind if like laughing at a fart, I think something's are always fun no matter how old you get.

AR-15 Muzzle Device Comparison Article
TrickyNicky replied to jcluff's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I'm thinking the whole thing is pretty subjective. Not only to each rifle but to each shooter. I'm liking linear compensators lately. Not as effective I guess but to each their own. -
That was fast. Way faster than PSA would have been by weeks.

I like the idea of the black logo vs. red like in the other one. The red really does pop and looks great, I just think for this the black will be cleaner.

"What are you so afraid of that you have to carry a gun?"
TrickyNicky replied to daddyo's topic in General Chat
You could always go stupid on them too. "Gun?! Where?! I hate those things!" Someone smarter than myself will come up with business cards that can be handed out to nimrods. They'd say something to the effect of "Hello, if you are holding this card you may have asked me about my firearm. I carry a weapon for reasons including but not limited to..." Then you could just hand them a card and walk away. -
Yes because slaughter houses are so much better. If it makes ya feel any better, I'd bet poor kitty has done some purt savage things to poor Mr. Bunny and about anything else slower/ weaker than him. ;) Regulated hunting may be distasteful to some, but the population HAS to be managed with ever dwindling wildlife habitats. If you want to cast a stone, look at developers , not wildlife population control experts , aka hunters.

Haven't heard, sounds like their experience is closely matching some negative reviews on the web. Personally if accompanies installer came out, set me up, shook my hand at the end and said we were set, I'd give them exactly one chance to fix the error after an alarm went off with no response. If it's happened multiple times I'd call them and tell them to collect their crap out of my house ASAP, because I'm calling a real alarm company.

I'd skip the antenna and get a netflix account instead. Recurring cost, but about $10.00 a month and all kinds if good documentaries and old shows and movies. If you want to be really slick you can get hulu for about 8. More bucks and have even more shows. Really fancy and you can get amazon prime and watch even more there. I've got amazon prime and it pays for itself in shipping savings so the shows are a bonus. I have Netflix too, but I use my old roommates girlfriends account. ( they're fine with it Netflix and girlfriend both.) I access them both on the TV through an xbox video game system so pay about 10 bucks a month for that. Seems a bit much but I've for more entertainment than I can shake a stick at for under $20 a month and having the xbox reintroduced me to video games as I'd stopped playing years ago but always enjoyed them.

I actually like it. In it to win it! :x: Thanks Runco!

Naw, the C&R came was mostly cold by the time I got mine a year or two ago. It did help me stock up a few things, but anymore it's going to be kept for the Brownells discount. ;) One of my only real regrets as far as collecting is not jumping on milsurp as soon as I came of age. I remember when my M69 cost $50 and you could get good looking Enfields at today's Nagant pricing. I'd love to get my hands on some older pistols too, but they're out of my price range these days for what I want them for.

When my grandparents came here they only had a few suitcases and a trunk worth of stuff with them. Of course this was back in the mid 50's and being not too well off I guess they might not have had much else to bring. My last big move was great. Got rid of everything that wouldn't fit in my car and did CA to Nashville in 3 days solo. Really love making that drive, just wish I had cruise control.

I'd say go for the stainless barrel and free float out the gate. If you don't already have the tools to build the upper and take it apart, your looking at another $50-$60 on top of the cost of the new handguard. Cheaper in the long run to get it the way you want it, whichever way that may be.

A friend of a friend ran into the same problem. To make a long story short, at least have ballpark values for all your guns written down somewhere for your wives and keep the values updated and realistic for a quick sale. I'm not married but I'm going to start a separate log from my C&R to include all my guns. I even have the log, just been to lacy to sort through receipts to fill it out.

Don't worry Bersa, the mighty arm of The Alliance has you covered. 5 stars for you.

Here is a link regarding the case mentioned above. Happened a bit differently than I recalled, also took place in Oregon, but end result is the same, lady got to keep her permit and her pot. http://blog.mpp.org/medical-marijuana/oregon-supreme-court-affirms-gun-rights-for-patients/05192011/

Most don't have prescriptions for Marijuana. Very, very few people left that have real prescriptions that are federally recognized. Most people have a note from their doctor recommending the use of marijuana for treatment of their ailment. There's a world of legal difference and to my knowledge unless the doctor is subpoenaed the records are private. No 4473 kickback and unless your FFL is also your doctor, its pretty much between the two of you. Until full access to your medical records is prerequisite to owning a firearm anyway.

PSA has some they reload. I got 250 for $175. Can't speak to the quality just yet, but I figured it was a sound investment if I can reclaim most of the brass. Now if that barrel would ever show up, I'd be in business.

A Supreme Court ruled against the denial of a women's permit for reason of being a medical marijuana patient. At least I think it was Ca, might have been Washington though. This was a few years back.

1/8 will stabilize 55 grains no problem. I was sighting in my scope with some wolf at 100 yards and near stacking them on top one another using a lead sled
