My favorite part was when they ended comms with 1/2 a bible quote. What low life pieces of shit. I'm not even of the biblical persuasion and it pisses me off to see them try that after all they've put everyone, especially the little girl through. Just to clarify for anyone, the bible quote doesn't upset me, it being tossed around like an excuse from these shit bags does. There's something TMF used to say involving crappy people and a herd of rhinos, I think it would fit these folks fine.

Rarely have trouble getting a spot, but it does happen from time to time. Seems much better now that the price is higher. I'd bet even money on Charlie telling someone to stay and shoot, but no such money down on any of his ROs. As nice as they are, and they are all nice. Watched it a week or so back. Certainly plausible. I'm still not convinced there was anymore to it than reported though. Best alternate theory I've heard though, much better than the CIA assassination theory or any of the other crap.

When I got mine a few years back they were hard to find used and not even all that easy to find new. I had to special order mine from my LGS and they said only one of their distributers had one. YMMV

I've been ordering more and more from Brownells and PSA. Joeboboutfitter is great too. They must have figured out Time travel over there at JBO. I swear its like they receive my order, go back in time to the day before and ship it out before I even know I'm buying anything. All that said I love midway, they have a great selection, good sales from time to time, and I think their house brand AR Stoner parts are great for the money from what I've seen. I wish they would bring back C&R pricing, but I'm glad it won't take me an hour of shuffling items in and out of cart just to make the most sense out of shipping. Although that was kind of fun, cheap thrills and all.

A friend of mine traded me a car for a case of beer once. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but did take a bit of explaining when I went to get it registered. Well just left G&L. Should go without saying but I'll say it anyway, the crew over there is top notch all the way. Shield is up and running and shoots really well. Very pleased.

I support the LGS that support me. Just got back from G&L with my dad. He bought a shield and when we got it home it was not working correctly. Slide won't open all the way and can't be taken down and won't go far back enough to ring a round into battery. Called G&L and they said being it back in. I feel confident that by the time we leave it will be with a functioning weapon. :up: There are a few places I'm fine spending a few more dollars. A *good* LGS is one of those.

I'm starting to doubt that I'll buy a new gun anywhere that's not a vendor here. Maybe Walmart Or Academy I guess, but I can't see a reason to do business with anyone who isn't a vendor. I'd say shoot the thing and enjoy it, if you feel hinky about the whole thing then lesson learned. Greenbriar isn't far from Brentwood/Franklin anyway.

What happens to the magazines for the autos? Destroyed?

Probably nothing to bad if you paid already. I had one that sat for months due to me forgetting about it. I went and paid at the court house and never received any guff about it one way or the other. You may have a warrant out depending on how fast they move in that county. I guess I never did because I completed a 4473 after court date but before I'd paid and have filled one out not long ago and never had a problem. Hopefully someone will have solid info, that has just been my experience.
