I loved it! Best OE video to date IMO.

That's awesome. I just lucked into a good set a few months ago for a good price, but I would have been all over that! the laundromats in Atlanta are a good way to meet fun and colorful characters, but I've met enough in the last year

6.5 Swede for Long-Distance Accuracy? Any Experience or Opinions?
TrickyNicky replied to Old Mitch's topic in Long Guns
I've got one of the midway barrels, the ar stoner brand. Im very happy with mine, though I paid a lot more when I got it than you. It is an all around well built piece of gear. There re was rumor mill word that these were being made by wilson and or green mountain if I recal right. I dont really care who made it, they did a great job. -
i was was just here to see who was creating some April fools shenanigans. That's why I logged on in the first place, looking for bull####. I still got got excited and whipped out the credit card.

That is very nice! They are a disease though, you're officially a potential carrier when you join TGO, looks like you have fully contracted the illness. Now or you need a pistol, two carbines, and one of those fancy precision stocks from magpul for your 24". Then, you can get started on second calibers and back up part rifles, because everyone knows the best way to store spare parts is complete as a rifle. Don't forget spare parts for the spare part rifles. And magazines. If you can lift the weight of all of your loaded magazines you're doing it wrong. Once you get more than you can reasonably carry you'll know you're off to a good start though.

I'm not too well versed in either, but I would have to believe that these days there would be more factory ammo availability on the creedmore as well as current reloading data and maybe even brass. Ive heard nothing but great things about the performance on the creedmore from owners, usually when you hear about the swede, it is great...for a milsurp round. i would imagine with hand loads and a modern quality rifle either would fine. -
I spent my last $25 to wander around, drink a flat coke, and 'enjoy' the sights and smells of the gun show attendees and go home empty handed. I still like like the radio song for the goodman shows, they still play that? 'Call a budddddddy, bring a frienddddddd.'

Looks like the paperwork shows the following missing from the case* : Vietnam Campaign Medal - RVN Korean Service Medal - US United Nations Korea Medal - UN Theres another medal he may be eligable for, the Koreans awarded them to allied soldiers, but the US didnt except them at the time but have since then. *He would need to see the DD-214 to be sure, some of these require specific service in specific places between specific time frames.

Maybe she can get her freak on with octomom and that Bobbit fella. Now that's a porno I would PAY to see! (Out of morbid curiosity, yeah, that's the ticket....)

I just sent him a text with what you have there. If he can make heads or tails out of it I'll let you know and we can see about getting some other stuff looked at. If he doesn't know I would be shocked if he didn't have a contact that did.

I'm sending the document and current medals to my dad. He's an airforce and history buff so hopefully he can figure something out.

Beautiful Greg. Some real fine examples. You have had a good past few months for wheel guns, save some for the rest of us!

I keep a .32 gun in my pocket for fun. I'll carry a bigger gun from time to time as location and wardrobe allows, but I haven't been to a non .gov building yet where my p32 wasn't able to go with me.
