How long were you all out of rosewood? A little over a year right? One of these day they will probably be about as collectible as anything coming out of the USA shop. Just give it about ten-twenty years and people will realize just how "special" they are. I personably thought it was a great idea, I've been building kits and such so haven't been buying ready built guits otherwise I'd look specifically for one.

I'm thinking at least in theory if you felt inclined to pay for the stamp this could be converted into an SBR pretty easily right? I don't know much about aks in general and even less about the pistols.

I think those are some damn good groupings! I don't usually get much chance to shoot closer than 12yrds but ill tell you I'd be mighty happy off all my groups looked like that. I'm also curious as to what it would take to get started with reloading, nothing fancy but it would be nice to be able to crank out maybe 500 over a weekend without having to spend all day doing it.

Ok finally figured out the photobucket thanks to Lumber Jack! On top if grandpaws Colt OP, on the bottom dads S&Ws. If you zoom in a bit on the snubby you can see the discoloration from years of ankle carry, was going to get it refinished awhile back but the more I look at it the more I like the honest wear. This little revolver has a story and you can almost read it like a book. Pretty cool I think. I will replace the missing sight insert one of these days though.

I can't tell if your serious or not about these two things? Do really think DHS would wage war on the American people with hollow point handgun calibers? Where are these prison camps? Everyone I've heard of was pretty quickly debunked...

Tried once or three times myself, the only issue we had was the jacket getting shaved by the forcing cone. At least that's what it looked like was happening. I wouldn't go out of my way to so it again, seems the acurracy wasn't great IIRC but if I was in a pickle it'd work.

From what I've read they'll take care of it. Sucks your out the gun until it gets back but at least it will work.

I don't know, seems the past few years someone's either threatening or predicting race riots over just about anything and everything. If a mouse farts in Ohio there will be threats of a race riot. We're prepared over here, but I won't be holding my breath.
