Really? Maybe because I am so used to having a good arch support and all kinds of insoles.. I know when I wear sandals in the summer my feet ache really bad.. And I don`t have much of an arch anyway.. Who wudda thunked it... Maybe I should try those out next summer
I used to have THE flattest feet ever, my sister used to call me Fred, as in Fred Flintstone. There are exercises you can do to help give yourself a better arch at home. It's kind of hard to explain but if you push down with the heal and ball of your foot while lifting your toes you may be able to develop better arches. It feels weird at first but hey you can do it sitting on the couch which is more than I can say about most exercise.

Anyone with FIRTSHAND polymer AR lower experience?
TrickyNicky replied to musicman's topic in Long Guns
You shouldn't be disappointed, did you go with stripped lowers or assembled? -
I'm afraid to out a pair of those on, I think I'd never take them off! And yes, it does take a secure man to sport pink.

Yeah I think that's a good idea. I probably wouldn't make it very often but it sounds like a good thing in general to those interested.
Isn't he the "Only" president since GWB? Dave S
Shhhh! Don't let a silly thing like facts ruin a perfectly good statement.

Even Ca grandfathered with their AW weapon ban. Last fed ban also grandfathered as did essentially the 198? machine gun ban. I think IF and it is a huge if, I think you'll be ok.

Realistically, what are the odds going to be?
I disagree. I wasn't talking to just 3rd party. There are plenty of eligible voters who do NOT vote. The last "report" I heard is that 60% of eligible voters do not vote.
The non voters fall into a different camp. I was just making a rebuttal to the "protest vote" side of your comment. -
No kidding! I hope the people who didn't vote, or who cast a protest vote, are happy with the consequences...NOT!
I think it's been gone over in another thread but I'm pretty sure all the combined third party votes would have made absolutely no difference in their respective states even assuming that Romney had gotten the lot of them. There are plenty of people who made this happen but the third party voters aren't them. -
No, there is another way. We can join the takers. It was proven last night that more people want Other People's money than want freedom and liberty or anything close to financial responsibility so maybe it's time to join the majority and just get whatever we can get and to hell with the rest of the country.
I know it's in jest/disgust but that has to be one of the saddest things I've read, made sadder still by the fact that you just may prove to be correct.

Well, that's one way of getting meat in the freezer...

Hmm that's sounding pretty good, time to broaden my culinary horizons I think. Thanks for the flavor review. -

Gun grab? I'd say slim to none. 1. Who's going to do it? I mean physically, go around door to door and do it. 2. How will that be paid for? How will it be enforced long term? The list could go on and on but to the point I just don't see it. -
However, the difference is, he has done everything he said he would do!
Except bring our troops home, fix our dept, creat new jobs, bring viable green energy to fruition, serve and protect our constitution...

Nice! I've got an AR pistol lower that I guess I need to finish up "just in case"

Ok AmericanWorkMule, that right there was just freaking funny!

That's too funny, we were just joking about how unfair it was that Obamabots get to riot if their guy lost but how we have to just sit here and suck eggs. Being responsible is a bi$&h sometimes ain't it?

I do think we're in it bad but have to agree with Erik88 here. The only way through this is with our chins up.

Our only hope is that politicians say lots of things they don't really mean. All we can do is Hope this is the case and we don't have any negative Changes coming our way.

Congratulation on the weight loss! Lost about 65-75 pounds a few years ago myself but recently put most of it back on after about four years. I'm working in it again and can tell you from experience that once your over weight it is something you will have to work on probably forever. It's all too easy to go back to old habits without even realizing it, my biggest weakness is probably good food, I'd have said cheap women but even they prefer someone fit lol or at least rich. It also doesn't help that I never tend to be hungry till close to bedtime. Hang in there and keep going for it!

Got to get my mind off of the election for a bit, so

I want Bigfoot to be real, really I do but the arguments Runco put forth have me on the no train. Now Yetis are real no two ways about it. -
When my father-in-law was visiting a few weeks ago, He happened to see my small stock pile of .22 shells. I think he was mildly concerned until I told him my wife and I go to the range and go though a minimal of 500 a trip. A large number of .22 shells is nothing. Found on the web. related to the riots, pretty sure it is a joke but funny anyways.
That's funny stuff there, I wore a black hoodie to the polls today along with a hat with a less than bent brill. Didn't even realize the faux paux
