  1.    Aye.
  2. That's funny as hell. I spent exactly $30 on gas the other day and was pissed when I got 8.002 gallons. I would have gladly given up 0.002 for the peace of mind that I would have felt.
  3. Most any train car in theory could double as a people hauler. Some people are absolutely bat shi* cray cray.
  4. I'm happy to have what I have. Like many here I saw something like this happening and started buying a little extra every time I could. I'd even buy a brick or two when out at Walmart getting milk or bread or whatever. Wish I had more but I'm thankful for what I've got.
  5. He says it fits everything he's managed to lay hands on, type 53, 91/30, m44 etc. I think it's pretty cool personally. IMO the original stocks are fine but of course could be better for frequent shooting. The fact that its completely drop in and reversible seals the deal for me. Plus it seems very well thought out. I might just jump on one.
  6. I want my two minutes back.
  7. I used to like Jim Carrey movies back when I was about 13 or so. Kinda says a lot about his films actually. The other day ago I tried to sig through one of his crap fests since my sister wanted to watch it. Couldn't do it, politics aside he just makes terrible movies. I don't let the politics of an actor influence whether or not I watch their movies, I don't care what they think quite frankly. In Jim's case it's just another good reason not to waste my time, as if I needed another one beyond his crappy acting.
  8. Sorry for your troubles. Often times even when it seems as though you can't concentrate on what you do to take your mind off things, its actually helping more than you think. You weren't able to focus 100% on the range but you also probably weren't focusing 100% on what's ailing you. All the best to you and yours in these trying times.
  9. They'll make it right for him. Bummer that he's to wait but they're usually fast and maybe they'll throw in an extra mag for the inconvenience.
  10. That is seriously BA Dolomite. I'm really kicking myself for not getting a Saiga or four before all the craziness hit. Once prices come down a bit I'll have to get on board and hopefully end up with something half as nice.
  11. Ironically enough Red is most likely saving quite a bit of $$$ by using and staying loyal to D&T. They've got the best deal for transfers going hands down. Personally, unless its a C&R gun which I can have shipped to the front door, I am unlikely to have anything shipped from another state anyway. Just doesn't seem to be worth the hassle. Exceptions would be say having Joebobs send something in to D&T for me or maybe if I found a deal that was actually worth the shipping/transfer fees. But for me there are to many deals here in Tn. Even if I have to drive to Knox for the right deal I'd just make a day trip out of it and go to gatlinburg.
  12. With that in mind why not look for something that may serve more than the one purpose? If you have something nice that you shoot well you may be more inclined to carry it more often making the extra money well spent.
  13. That's your second time shooting ever? That's pretty good for 50yards with iron sights man. Good job.
  14. Love it. This is a great price for these times, anyone who thinks gnmwilliams is gouging needs a refresher course on economics and capitalism. GLWS
  15. What he said. Personally it's very refreshing to read the posts of someone who is neither fear mongering nor a victim of such. Keep up the good work. Haters gotta hate.
  16. Ah, no. We'd end up with Biden at the helm. Worse IMO.
  17. Love my bcm gunfighter charging handle. Don't have a lot of experience with others but can easily see myself buying more of these. Mine is a large one btw.
  18. You know, I actually started a serious response to this when the ridiculousness of the whole thing hit me.
  19. +1 for shuffs, heard nothing but good things about them. The guitar store I used to work at recommends them to anyone looking for lessons, beginner or pro.
  20. I'm not shocked, offended or even all that interested. I would be surprised if we didn't take precautions like this with our POTUS honestly. Also highly doubt O is the first or that anyone would even care if it were a more popular president.
  21. I've been wanting one since I've seen them as well. Not available yet to the best of my knowledge, any one hear differently? I think I'll hunt down a bubba'd Nagant that's already been drilled and tapped as I don't want to molest any of mine.
  22. I went ahead and voted, keep the AR. There's a guy on here selling a .22conversion you might think about snagging up as well. Amos hard to find just now but once you lay hands on a few bricks you'll be glad you got it. Keep saving and get a larger caliber upper or a decent bolt gun and you'll have your bases covered.
  23. Looking nice, I'm becoming quite the fan of gjohnson's work. Looks quality made, and by a fellow TGOer nonetheless.
