  1. I like a nice big butt. She's got enough there for two good butts though.
  2. No idea. I already have 2 complete lowers waiting for uppers and BCG's. this one will most likely stay virgin for awhile until I piece together some prime components to go with it. I'm thinking maybe 300blk or just regular old 556
  3. Why would you even think about taking cover if you were wielding such a superior piece of firepower? I think most enemy combatants would surrender upon contact if they even though you might be packing one of these bad boys. Those that don't would soon fall to the scorching wall of lead you could throw their way, and you'd look so cool doing it. The only thing more effective would be a chest rig that would allow you to dual wield these suckers. One man army right there.
  4. Just a suggestion for the powers that be on this, I think it would be cool if we could actually include TGO as part of the serial# Maybe something like like "1TGO*****" the 1 standing for first run. I'm sure there will be more if this is a success and it would be cool to have the whole set. Also I'd probably pay a little more to have my user name engraved somewhere on there. Then these can take the place of the challenge coins that we were talking about awhile back.
  5. Thanks for the info, that makes sense.
  6. I think Tim Calhoun(sp?) is in middle Tn. Everything I've seen of his has been excellent. Just curious, why would you want to tighten up the slide to frame fit if not for accuracy? My (limited) understanding is that the tighter the fit, the better the accuracy but it can take a toll on reliability.
  7. As do my younger eyes. ;) Ghost rings are great on a shotgun, my buddy's got a bennelli nova with them and it is a great shotgun all the way around.
  8. Likes being watched.
  9. I love it. Only one question, what the hell is it?
  10. Ahhh! Nate dies!? Should NOT have read this thread before catching up tonight.
  11. I'm firmly in for one but could also be interested in two if finances allow when it comes time to pony up. Wonder if those who go for two or more would get consecutive numbers or not?
  12. Range fees are a bit pricey for my pay grade but the service is a+ and the facilities are fantastic. Prices on guns are very reasonable.
  13. Nice. A High Power is one of the guns I need to wrap my hands around and try.
  14. Started the petition.
  15. Say it with me now; Guns & Leather. D & T Firearms. Nashville Armory. Now repeat. It's a mystery to me why people even go to the gun shows anymore.
  16. Shoot Spots, I'd volunteer to be a punching bag if that's what it took. Punching bag, human shield, whatever.
  17. This is all you need to know. I wholeheartedly approve.
  18. I have my doubts as to how true it is but it was good for a laugh.
  19. I didn't realize Tim was the OP in this thread. Saw the mini browning and lost all interest in anything else. I does make me want one more now that I realize. Also I'm sure the trigger job came out great. How was it stock?
  20. I want one of those bad. There's just something about them that seems super cool. Your boy will enjoy that long after he's big enough for a full size. Good choice.
  21. Pmags all the way. For one thing I like the company and their support of the 2ndA. For another their products are fairly priced and quite high quality. For me with my examples, my GI mags have a hard time feeding the first round off a topped of mag unless I let the bolt slingshot home. The magpulls feed every time, even when I ride the bolt home slowly. The anti tilt followers are a nice feature too, never had a problem with any others but once again the anti tilt seems to follow the philosophy that while your at it you may as well do a good job.
  22. Not to mention their long guns...
  23. Once joined the Black Panthers. It was a short lived membership.
  24. Man that looks so cool. I wouldn't even refinish it unless you plan on making it an EDC. Otherwise I'd just keep it clean and oiled while it sits in the safe and awaits range day.
  25. Likes big butts and he can not lie.
