  1. The 3" is the one I want as well. My dad had a simar gun years ago, said it was his favorite. Be kind of cool to have one of my own.
  2. I have an open mind tword these kind of things. Having said that, this is a joke, right?
  3. I could only stomach about 12 minutes before I got sick of that dip $hit reporter.
  4. Well I stand by my assessment, a Nagant will never be equal to the value of a 1903 or a Garand, but that doesn't mean that they will stay cheap forever.
  5. I am shocked to find these in short supply. These are some neat revolvers and I like mine well enough, but I never would have thought that there would be a run on them. Guess I'm glad I got my CCCP marked example when I did.
  6. Great video, I'm just lucky I guess that both of my shooters seem to operate well.
  7. Become a benefactor and you can post sale adds in the classifieds.
  8. I'm going for one of those as well. Haters gon hate but at least I'll buy a bubba'd rifle to drop in. Mine are staying the way they are.
  9. It's posts like this and the one where you chased a skunk with an FA M-16 that make you one of my personal heroes. Lol.
  10. He's up there calling shots with McGivern and Mungdon now. RIP Mr. Knapp.
  11. I don't expect this to go anywhere personally, even a state as jacked up as Ca has limits. Time will tell but I bet a wooden nickel this disappears like a fart in the wind.
  12. I would hesitate to call these "bubba'd". I will say that my preference is to leave things stock as much as possible. Yeah and that's what was said about Garands too. The fact that just a few short months ago we were buying these for $80 and now some places are getting $150-$200 should tell you that it's not all about supply but also demand.
  13. A lever gun that takes ar mags would be sweet. I'd have one fo sho.
  14. They are most likely not going to want to do that. The cops of the people turning in the guns.
  15. I put 10 in my cart but then thought through the last time I even shot 223 out of the AR. My stash will get me by until things quiet down and now the next guy can have some. Chaps my ass at the idea that the next guy will most likely turn around and double his "investment" though.
  16. I think not enough people actually read this before busting the vain in their foreheads. I thought it was great.
  17. What kind of trade ratio did you have in mind? 1k of my 22. equals out to how many .223?
  18. I've got a p32 myself. Usually shoot the Winchester white box and have had only one problem when I limp wristed it to see how it reacted. Like mine a lot.
  19. Yeah it's hard to not have an AR these days. Seems like it is the quintessential American rifle nowadays. I did my best to avoid them for years but finally succumbed last year. Glad I did.
  20. Personally I'd do what a few of buddy's did and just go the mini 14 route. Less headache and IMO a better looking rifle than one of those. Of course, not to sound like a broken record but these days I think it's a moot point in many of the states these would apply to.
  21. Touché Dolomite. Actually most if not all my friends back home had pre ban ARs or else they just went with a Ca compliant sks or mini 14. Looking back the first "Ca AR" I ever saw was a Colt that looked about stock. It had a bullet button and possibly no flash hider. The owner also had a pre ban along with a stash of pre ban GI mags so aside from the bullet button it was pretty much just an AR. Back on topic, I only hate it because its mandated, if it were a choice is reserve judgment until actually getting a feel for one.
  22. That sounds like a heap of hogwash to me. Keep in mind we are talking about the 7am-11am time frame for going to and from church. I tend to doubt that there is any other time with less drunks on the road simply due to the hours. If it were true that would piss me off even worse. That would essentially be saying that its more important to protect me one day a week as I travel to church than it is to protect me the 5 or 6 days I travel to and from work. At the end of the day I see no just reason for the law. I'd vote to change it.
  23. I'd hit that.
