Flying With Guns? Some People Do It Wrong...
TrickyNicky replied to waynesan's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
That's been my experience exactly. -
I've entered every Sig sweepstakes that Runco has posted and have never gotten anything beyond some emails. Enter with confidence.

Woah woah woah, better than Prince or MJ?! No sir, uh-uh, negative. That's crazy talk.

NY Times: The administration has now lost all credibility.

They can't have lost all their credibility, they never had any in the first place? ;) -
Trick question, our reps are a bunch of pimps who whore on the side, pay for strange and generally know how to boogie woogie with the best of them. Caught ya!

Agreed. Rule number one, I'm number one. Rule number two, don't f@ck with my Skid Row. Can't stand the way singers sing these days, making their pitch go all up and down for no aparent reason. Gaw! Just hold the damn note fer cryin out loud. The voice warble is way hay hay over rated, over done and played out.

"And their assault arsenal and RPGs won’t do them any good." Uh, yeah. Yeah they will. Maybe not for Professor Dip$hit but for those us who own weaponry and know how to use it, it is quite effective indeed. Especially if all you have to worry about are bunch of over zealous tards like the Prof. Next.

Hah! Culture Club, forgot about those, er... guys? Also add anything from Hootie and the blowfish or that one Irish band with the female singer, you know the song "and their guns and their bombs and their bombs and their guns" Can't stand it.

I was an avid google user until last year when they changed their policy about gun advertisement. Switched to Bing and in all honesty couldn't be happier.

Just a quick FYI that I just got my rifle back for Henry. Took just over 2 weeks to repair and send back. The packing slip says they repaired the malfunction but doesn't say exactly went wrong, all I know is that I loaded it up with some Calibri and it now functions as it should. Henry did right by me and I am a happy camper.

I've got to admit, I can't help but laughing. His recovery was both touching and completely appropriate. Great job!

Anything at all by the Doors. Hate em, can't stand them at all. If one more half brained, patchouli stinking dip$hit tells me "I just don't get it because Jim was a poet man." I might just have to &itch slap someone. Also can't stand most any Eric Clapton cover. He has almost come close to ruining J.J Cale for me. Almost.

There is no concern over non gun related violence because it doesn't fit an agenda...yet.

I like the plain wood but IMO it would look fantastic with an amber tinted lacquer finish. Not the most durable but throw a little stained grain filler on there first and man would it all pop.

Old news. Last I heard young Hunter was still signing the same as he ever did. -
My dad went far in CAP as a kid. Went to Korea and New Zealand among other cool things. Got his wings before he got his drivers license. Really a very neat program, wish I had stuck with it myself. Now I'm not saying you are and I don't want to start the debate in yet another thread but... If on the off chance you are looking for programs similar to the BSA that aren't actually the BSA based on their newest policy changes, keep looking. CAP is friendly tword gays for a long time now. It is a fantastic program where older cadets can participate in everything from search and rescue to cadet exchanges, encampment and conferences. Plus it can help give them a jump start in the Airforce later in life if they choose.

First that I bought with my own money was a Ruger Blackhawk in .357/9mm. Still have it, don't shoot it as much as I should. Had other guns before that they were mostly long term loans from friends/family. Inherited a Colt official Police from my grandpa before that, still have that too. -

Hope it wasn't hot... :D -
I'm a MK fan myself. I like that it eats everything from match ammo to corroded rounds I find on the floor at the range with no issues. In fact it's the gun I use to fire rounds that for whatever reason won't fire out of my rifles. Every box has at least 5 that fail to fire, I just save them on the bench and load them through the MK and it takes care of business every time. The Ruger 22/45 sounds like it was made just for people in you shoes, get you used to the feel though not the manual of arms of a 1911 plus the benefits of the MK series. I'm thinking about picking up one of their Lite models.

I don't think getting set up for a good amount is the problem. The problem as I see it is that there were too many people caught with their pants down who are for whatever reason willing to pay scalped prices on what should be an inexpensive, readily available commodity. I did not get caught with my pants down in regard to .22, I've got plenty. I still plan on buying more as it come available and I also don't care if people have a problem with that.
