Selling a Hoover .30 cal bullet trimmer and Hoover bullet pointing die. The die comes with .30 cal sleeve and the B5 and B20 tipping die insert. Asking $100 for the trimmer $275 for the pointing die or $350 if you buy both. Would trade for 9mm, 45acp, 5.56 or .308 ammo. -

The reason I buy gold and silver is a hedge against inflation, I don't look at it as an investment, more of another way to diversify my assets. I have money in a savings account that pays less than 1% interest, yearly inflation is much higher so, the spending power of the money in the bank is actually shrinking. It could very well loose value but gold and silver has never been worthless. Cash isn't very good to eat either and it won't do much to protect your life. I have a small percentage of my savings in gold and silver so I wouldn't call it hoarding, if I have a hoarding problem it's with ammo . I have 401Ks, IRAs and other investments including things that will protect my life if needed but, if the economy tanks I imagine the other investments will bottom out as well. Trying to follow the advice of not putting all your eggs in one basket.

I found a place in Brentwood. Nashville Coin Gallery. Great place if you want to buy locally. The prices were inline with the online dealers and the service was fantastic.

Looking for recommendations on where to buy gold and silver. I'm in Murfreesboro and looking to purchase some gold and silver but would prefer to buy it locally, instead of online. TIA

I've bought several guns there over the last 10 years and I agree the prices they have marked are higher than other stores but, I have never paid the price on the tag. I would always ask if they could do better on the price and every tine they came back with an acceptable price. Plus I have been able to find out of production guns there at price as good or better than anywhere else and I don't know of any gun shop within 100 miles (maybe farther) that has the selection that they had.

I have some 9mm and 45 that was loaded in 2013. It has been stored in 50 cal metal ammo cans in a closet. I opened the can for the first time in about 5 years a few weeks ago (don't shoot pistols a lot anymore) and it still looked and shot like it did when I loaded it. I also have some that was in the garage (not heated or cooled) and it was the same. I did add a couple of the small dessicant packs when I first filled the cans but I don't know how much difference that made.

I agree that the Sig Romeo 5 is a great choice for the price. I would also look at the AimPoint PRO. I've had one for years now and have been very pleased.

I have had this problem when the case is being over belled in the charging station. When the case goes into the crimping die it will rub on the sides of the crimping die and rub off small shavings. I don't think it will hurt anything except that you may need to clean out the crimping die more often.

Bullets.com has them in stock for $30.70 per 100. I believe they still have the flat rate shipping price of $9.95. I ordered 1500 308 bullets a couple months ago and only paid $9.95 shipping. I have bought a lot of bullets from them and if they are in stock i usually get them within 3-4 days. here is a link. http://www.bullets.com/products/-30-Cal-308-MatchKing-168-Grain-HPBT-Bullets-Box-of-100/BL10256

Welcome. The TWRA range on Hobson pike is a nice place. They are only open on Friday,Saturday and Sunday though. Terry Walden range is in Manchester which is about 35 min for me from Smyrna. The rifle range goes out to 300 but if it's been raining much it gets flooded past 200. I've never been to OK corral in Woodbury but have heard from others is a good place to shoot.

Just realized this. I never won any of the auctions so I guess I never submitted a EUC. I went back and looked the the pictures again. Looks like the 45 has crimped primer pockets. Not a big deal but will require a little more work.
