I'm still in shock that this is going to pass in any state. Unbelievable!!!!!

I can't believe the draft of what will become law in the state of New York. 1. Seven round magazine limit. 2. You have one year to sell all magazines over seven rounds out of state or you must turn them in to authorities. 3. You have one year to retrofit any ten round mags to 7 rounds. There is much more. I have to go to work. You should read it. It's scary. How can you require law abiding citizens to turn in their personal / private legally purchased property?

FYI, I called Charter Arms Wednesday, they said they are getting really close but would not give me a ship date for the .40 cal. He said they have produced a batch but have not been given the ok to ship to dealers. According to him they have been totally reliable in all the test they have done. I'm just passing the update on. I already know I'm going to buy one of the 9mm/.380 versions, it is a very cool concept without the moon clips.
