I used to feel the same way till they put a Proven gun grabber up for their nomination ,Things have changed its no longer dem vs rep it destroyer vs destroyer period sorry but nothing Ive seen can convince me that both party's aren't out to destroy this country of course to there way of thinking they are out to control this country what we need is someone to spend time probably an entire term trying to reverse some of The Crap that has been done in the past but we will never have that its all a control game and who do you want to control us more I personally am sick of being controlled and will try to vote for someone who can Lead us in the right direction Not Force us to follow theirs . Im not saying GJ will win all Im saying is if he doesnt we will be stuck in this vicious loop till the entire thing falls apart no matter which Party is in control.

Again this thread wasnt meant for Romney Pushers but rather to point out that there is a third option for those Planning on writing in Paul or not vote at all If Paul doesnt get the Nomination or others that are fed up with having to vote between two people who are no different whatsoever , In our Veiw a vote for Romney is the wasted vote and even if Romney wins it will be four more years of Obama so just Lay off would ya because I / We understand quite well that voting for either of those two is the same thing as voting for what we currently have .But we have a Third Option and that is what this thread was supposed to be about not a huge bicker match about Romney Im so sick of hearing about Romney and Obama , I just want to give up completely Im sorry to say I was ever a Republican They have shure came along way from what Bush Ran on his First go around . Well atleast you have a third option may not be much as far as others always voting blue or red and may not have the best chance of winning but atleast there will be an actual option other than "Business as usual " at the voting booth I hope they let him in on the debates that is what I want to seeRomney how do you feel about the ndaa that obama signed into law . The segment itself does strike a chord and pretty much describes our country as is today. Im only 31 so I dont think I ever got to enjoy the "Good" Old days maybe before I was old eneogh to understand the freedoms we were loosing left and right I was born in 81 so to me the first major freedom to be lost was "Reagans" Gun Ban and I never new I lost it till I was old enough for my dad to say Nope them are illegal now when I asked about getting a Tommy Gun like my papaw had . Then it started slowly feeling as if I was loosing freedoms at a young age all the way to now . I remember other kids wearing the baggy clothes in school and because certain people didnt like what they wore we all had to start wearing uniforms etc. To me even though I was a minor I still saw that as my freedom of expression just thrown in the trash. I remember loosing all kind of freedoms all the way up to the present day which includes the right for an adult to make his/her own decision about personal matters such as wearing A seatbelt , It has really gotten ridiculous nowdays we have to petition our representatives to strike down a vote on internet or guns or whatever only to have another one apear we have republicans and democrates playing golf and eating lunches together like best friends then acting like enemys in front of the camera and almost the entire population falls for it "Its called divide and conquer " and once you see it for what it is you just cant Unsee it anymore . Our presidents bring forth garbage like the Patriot act . and The NDAA and we do nothing about it "well some people protest " but nobody cares anymore about the protesters .I am sure you can look up how a returning Veteran who declares he supports the constitution is considered a possible terrorist by the NSA, CIA, FBI etc. and it just makes me sick, There are Many many other things that disgust me about this "Once great land" but Ill just leave it at that / Rant

I think that pic is trying to point out how the media sensationalizes someones thoughts on gay marriage this much and doesnt really say much about our real problems in this country I could care less if folks are gay , I coluld also care less what other folks think about gay folks we need less regulation and more personal freedom but most of all day in and day out the #1 story on all major media should be this countrys toilet of an economy and the debt maybe then those would be the issues our political candidates have to discuss not "what do you think about gays" who gives a darn about what they think about gays

Ron Paul has said that he is retiring if he does not get the GOP nomination. Writing his name on a ballot has very little chance of being counted and even less of a chance of being reported. How many votes were for Ron Paul and how many were for Mickey Mouse? You would also be voting for someone who isn't running. They do not think like you think. They are most likely going to think of people that are voting for a candidate who is not running as "Them Crazy Ron Paul people with their cult of personality." I work for myself now but back when I was in the Union my brother and I had to go to quite a few jobs where we couldnt carry we always kept ours under the back seat it isnt supposed to lift up but we loosened the clips and there was plenty of room to fit both of ours without tearing apart the car you wouldnt have found them . Also had one job at a No guns in vehicles facility where we would park outside the gate and walk in we told our superviser from day one and showed our permits and told him thats why we park outside the gate he was real cool about it and had no problem . Ofcourse if he did we wouldve got back on the list and found a job elswhwere.

Abraham Lincoln was a 3rd Party candidate It will take enough people to get pissed about our current options to go that route I dont think we should have "D" or "R" Primarys I think we should have a national election with a smorgus board of candidates and no super pacs aloud just individuals campaining on legitimate contributions under the 2,500.00 limit, then we could vote based on each persons views and record instead of who one group likes more or can bring more cash to the party etc. Who knows maybe a dem other than obama would win or an actual constitutionalist who refuses to play ball would have a chance. Maybe when everything emplodes we will start over fresh and folks will vote with common sense .But I have a fealing that when everything goes south there is already a plan in place to divide and conquer us.
