I cary open when I am at, or around the house. Walking from my truck to a store, I have it open, for all to see.....and once I get to the front door, I conceal it. Also while pumping gas, I open carry. I don't buy into "the one who has an exposed gun will get the first bullet", the only reason I conceal inside a store, is the shock factor of all the Soccer moms. I would love to carry like Wyatt Earp, everywhere.

I have been carrying for 4 years now, and I have now gotten to the point that I feel bare without my gun. I hate having Uncle Sam tell me where my constitutional rights apply and where they don't.

Myself and a few buddies like to get together and bust some clays from time to time....so next time we are heading out, I will let you know.

I carry Remington 230grain Gold Saber for self defense. I can defintely tell a difference when I shoot a WWB 185grain Target Round and then my carry round. They are louder and more accurate, the Gold Sabers that is.

I own and carry a Model 30 everyday, and all I can do is sing it's praises.

I can not wait for one these, when we don't have anything going on at the lodge. I will be busy this Friday night.

You definitely did the right thing. I would have let my buddy know, that he just about became another bad statistic for the gun community.

Before looking at the pictures, I had my mind made up, "I KNOW the wood will look the best."....but boy was I wrong. the wood makes the gun appear odd, (I have always thought hammerless revolvers look odd anyways). My vote goes to the Rubber.

I have just recently purchased my first Ammo Can (Used military can from Cheaper Than Dirt) and I have started to "stockpile" ammo. I am starting with 9mm, then once I have a can full, I will buy another and start with another caliber. So my question is, What do you guys do....Store the ammo in the can loose or leave it in the box? Storing the ammo in the can "loose" will allow more room in the can for more ammo...correct?
