I will definitely let you guys know. I plan on getting one before rifle season opens this year. I have missed 2 deer the past two seasons because of me anticipating the recoil and jerking the trigger. I felt ashamed each time I did it, and I vowed to fix the problem, since I was being a sissy.

Thanks OhShoot. Yeah the Remington site didn't offer many details other than "So Effective, Our Pump Guns Beat Their Autos". That is a great price on Cheapr Than Dirt. I think I might just order one of those instead of the Wal-Mart Brand. Might as well keep everything Remington...LOL All this talk about pads has cramps.

My wife and I are thinking about buying this gun, to upgrade her current carry gun (Bersa .380.) She has shot this model before, but it was a .40, and we both agreed that it was un-controlable. I couldn't shoot good with it. The recoil was way to snappy. So we are thinking that a 9mm, in the same model would be much better. Out of all the guns she "tried on" she fell in love with this one. She held, a S&W Sigma, a S&W M&P, Keltecs, Khars, Rugers, CZs, Sigs, Glocks, and this is the one she liked. My question is.....Since we can not find anyone who owns one of these (so that she can test fire it), would it be hard to sell one of these if I were to buy it new, and after a few rounds she hated it. For a $360 (out the door price) gun, I don't want to have to eat 1/3 third of it just to sell it. Any thoughts?

Thanks Everyone!! I wasn't for sure if those Wal-Mart recoil pads were worth anything. I think I might give them a try. I also saw that advertisement on the new Remingon Pad, but wasn't sure if they would fit on my rifle. I think they are intended for Shotguns. But they might be interchangable.

And if you have fallen into the mindset that you have to vote for one of two parties.....then we have all lost.

Glock now has a Model 30SF (SF = Slim Frame) and it feels more like a G23 in the hand. Very nice. A good friend of mine borrowed my Model 30 to take his permit class. After he got his rebate check he went to go buy one, and luckily when he got to Guns & Ammo they had a Model 30SF. Hell liked it better and bought that gun, and then came straight to my house to show it off. Needless to say I fell in love. The thick frame on my Model 30 has never been a problem to me, but this new model 30 has an awesome fit. Shoots great too.

I never thought anyone could top of jacko's joker in the first Batman. While Ledger did out do Nicholson, he did portray the Joker in a diiferent light. A light I like. Nicholson was a comical joker with a dark side, and Ledger was a dark joker with a comical side. He did a very good job. A+ i really like the way that 2 face was brought into the story.

Telling a cop to "piss up a rope" is disrespectful. I never entertained a thought like that. I am not a disrespectful person. Everything I have said was in a respectful manner. No more comments from me on this. I apologize for speaking out of turn. Everyone have fun!

It doesn't matter anymore.

Finishing the lunch isn't the point. Doing something you don't have to do because someone told you too that has a shiny badge is. It is called being Conditioned!

If the proerty owner would have asked the guy to leave he should have left. I am arguing the "authority" of the LEO to make you do anything in this case. Whether anyone believes it or not, normal citizens have rights, and the LEOs do not have rights that are greater than yours. This SHOULD have been acceptable "Officer I have a TN Handgun Carry Permit, this place was not posted in any manner to let me know that carrying my firearm here would be against the owner's wishes. No one has said anything to me about it. I will be more than happy to show you my HCP permit and DL right now." You are not breaking any laws, so why must you bend over backwards just because some liberal mini-van driver doesn't understand the laws. The officer is not doing anything wrong here either, I am just try to make the point that WE need to know our rights, and anyone who thinks a LEO can make you jump when they say jump, has given in to the sheep mindset. It doesn't matter fellows. We have allowed the govenment to regulate our everyday lives in such a way that is sickening. We pay for our 2nd amendment, we pay rent each year on property we own, we rewrite laws to trump existing laws, etc. All I am saying is Please I want to end this fruitless conversation. I made the mistake of saying something that the majority doesn't believe. I should have known better. I didn't, so I am sorry, not for my opinion, but for mentioning it here. I have never served time in the military and I am not a Cop, I am just a lowly citizen, so I should have known better than to speak.

Yeah but Tennessee's was written after, and as far as I am concerned it "Infinges" upon my right to keep and BEAR arms. And we just stood by and allowed that to happen. That is just my $0.05 (inflation)
