  1. I use a Samsung Blackjack 2, running windows Mobile 6.1...and it isn't broken...so.....I didn't see a need for the iphone, until now. Wow it is cool. Easy to use, awesome apps...including the free Kindle app, that initself is worth the price, for anyone who reeads a lot of books. I really don't want to jump on the bandwagon, but I don't think I can keep from it.
  2. I have been anti apple, until I bought my wife an Iphone a couple weeks ago from Robin on these here boards, and now I am kinda digging it. The new phone will support MMS messaging, and the keyboard will turn landscape when typing an email and text message....and those were my only real hangups. I will wait and get the newer one if I decide to go that route....but I think I am leaning that way.
  3. You would think this type of info would be plastered everywhere.
  4. iPhone 3G vs. iPhone 3G S: the tale of the tape Apple - iPhone - A Guided Tour Anyone going out to get this on June 19th? I am thinking of leaving the Windows mobile word and come over to the dark side of the Iphone. Just as tempting is the fact that now the Iphone 3G 8gb is now $99 for upgrade or new contract.
  5. I am in for somewhere around Wolfchase, about 7ish.
  6. from everyone I have talked to, it seems as if everyone is split right down the middle. Thanks for the replies. I will keep you guys informed on what we decide.
  7. Has anyone ever tent camped at either: Natchez Trace State Park http://www.tennessee.gov/environment/parks/NatchezTrace/ or Moustail State Park http://www.state.tn.us/environment/parks/MousetailLanding/ The reason I ask is we are thinking about going camping again next weekend (June 20), and my wife has pretty bad asthma. She loves the outdoors, but the heat and humidity make it hard for her to breathe, and we wanted to go where the tent camp sites have electrical so we can at least take a box fan. Reading on each park's website state that they have electricity at the sites, so that is why we are choosing between the two. (We camped at Chickasaw State Park May 29-31, and their tent sites do not have electric, but their RV sites do) I am just wanting people opinions about the two parks I mentioned. Pro vs. Cons, fishing stories, you know typical camping info. Thanks in advance.
  8. What about the Memphis group? I am under the thought pattern to not mention anything to the managers/owners, unless I had a relationship with them. To me it falls in the same category as telling a place that they are not properly posted. Ignorance is Bliss.
  9. I ordered the "Colonel" model on June 2. I can't wait until it gets here.
  10. I am no fan of snakes....but since I love being in the great outdoors, I have made it a point to learn all I can about what can do harm wile outside. I am enjoying these type threads.
  11. +10000000000000000000000
  12. And they are fast. After I go the hook removed, he high-tailed it back to the water. I had no idea they could move that fast.
  13. Well we are back in da hood. We had a great time camping. It was a beautiful weekend. Thank God it didn't get hot hot until we were on our way home today. The fishing at Lake Placid in Chickasaw State Park wasn't to good this weekend. I fished on the bottom, with a cork, and with a crappie pole, using worms and beef liver, and all I caught were two small brim and a soft shell turtle. We had a great time. It was very relaxing.

    wow.

I too am a Fat arse. I have actively started taking control this year. At 26 years old, trying your shoes shouldn't make you get out of breath. So I decided enough was enough. I have the Fat loveable guy since 4th grade. I have, since mid January, lost a total of 38lbs. I started at 345lbs, and I am now at 307lbs. My goal is to get to 280lbs, and then work towards 250ish.

  23. I carry a Glock Model 30 everyday all day. 10+1
  24. Starbucks is against my religion.
