It has a serial number. Everything is legit as legit can be. Why did you think that it doesn't have a serial number? In the picture above you can see where I blotted it out. When I said the serial number has been cleared, what I meant was it has been through the system. It did not come back stolen, so it become property of the County. They sold it to my friend who takes care of there gun transfers, and he sold it through his business.

It has a removable modified choke in it right now. I have never shot a slug out of a shotgun with a screw-in choke, so I didn't know what to tell me buddy here.

I just got this (new to me) HD shotgun yesterday. I have made friends with a Business owner who operates a company here locally who sells to Law Enforcement Only. He does not sell to the general public. We have become friends and I have bought a few things from him. This particular gun was seized in a drug raid on a house, and I got a heck of a deal on it. $160 is all I paid. Yes the Seriel number has been cleared and it was leagally purchased through a business. I did a background check and everything. The gun is not that shiny. I took the picture is a dimly lit office, and I adjusted the Brightness and Contrast so that the picture would be good enough to post.
