  1. Looks Freaking Awesome!!!!!
  2. Again, the US Flag code was not broken because none of this included an actual Flag. It was and article of clothing that had a US Flag pinted on it. Big difference.
  3. A flag wasn't worn as a garment. A garment had the image of the flag printed on it. It wasn't an actual flag.
  4. The school board not backing this decision was nice.
  5. Yall still watchin? I know I am and I am liking it pretty good. The episode with the rich guy and his wife and horse keeper was to much like an old Matlock episode. That was the only one that I have not liked, but other than that I am in love.
  6. Unreal. Students Sent Home Over American Flag Shirts
  7. A nice garden salad with chopped ham, black olives, raisins, croûtons, bacon, cheese, eggs, pineapples, salt and pepper, with a creamy ranch. My homemade Fettuccine Alfredo (I make a homemade sauce I learn from and Italian lady) with a grilled chicken breast chopped up. A few glasses of my Aunt's sweet tea. And finish with a huge bowl of hot bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream on top. Good Lord that sounds awesome!
  8. Guys, I don't carry a gun with the intent on killing someone. Most of us don't. Most of us pray that we never ever need to use the damn thing, but we carry with the mindset that if put in a situation we have the means to defend ourselves to the best of our ability. But having said that; Weren't you taught never point your gun at anything that you are not willing to destroy or kill? My HCP instructor said that he could not tell us to "shoot to kill", but he could say "shoot to stop or neutralize the threat" . I am under no illusion that in a self defense encounter after I finished shooting the target, that he will live, due to the fact that I made "KILL SHOTS". That why I said in an earlier post, once I enter a "Self Defense Shooting" , Stopping the Threat and Killing are the same, period. You can sugar coat it, you can PC it until you are blue in the face, it doesn't change the fact that Kill Shots = Killing. After you have drawn your weapon and have decided to shoot the bad guy, if you intent is not to kill him, you need to not make "KILL SHOTS".
  9. Straight out the package.
  10. Nothing. I don't like to put anything on my hotgs. I love a grilled all beef hot dog on a bun. No need to add anything.
  11. When I made the tee-shirts for our lodge, I had so many "stipulations" coming from many different angles, I finally made them the way I thought they should be, and moved on. I told the people that were asking for different things and complaining that they are more than welcome to create their own shirts and sell them and I would happy to buy one. I was doing this as a fundraiser and donated 100% of the profits back to the Lodge. You know I had grown men refuse to buy a shirt because it did not have a pocket on it. I understand your pain David.
  12. This is silly. There are a whole bunch of guys saying the same thing but arguing with each other. I see six eggs....NO you don't, because there are only half a dozen there.........but that is what I am saying, I see six of them.......and thats where you are wrong, there are half a dozen.
  13. We do. LOL
  14. Today is my little girl's 4th birthday. She was born 05-05-06. We are having here birthday party this Saturday at Pump-It-Up. We asked her where she wanted to go eat tonight and she said "Cracker Barrel. I want some pancakes and syrup".....so we are going there tonight to celebrate.
  15. The way it is worded. "What should your objective be in a self-defense shooting?" A self defense shooting, does not allow for a surrender. The shooting has already begun. Now if I have emptied my gun and in the middle of a reload, the "target" is not dead and throws his hands up and surrenders, then I will cease to fire the other rounds. However my training does not allow for this to happen as I hope I could put the bullets where I was aiming, which would result in a certain death.
  16. The poll is worded to backfire in the face of gun owners and HCP owners. Both answers can bring us heat.
  17. Did you miss the part of my post that said "in my opinion"? DaddyO, what is your objective when shooting someone? and please explain your answer. I am curious.
  18. I don't like the way this is worded. I shoot to stop the threat, and the threat is only stopped when it is unable to place me in fear of my life....which is when it is no longer is alive. Did you mean to ask?: What should your objective be in a self-defense shooting? To Kill To injury Not try to be a smart arse, just saying, in my opinion, shoot to kill and shoot to stop the threat are one in the same.
  19. That's all I'm saying.
  20. A good friend of mine drove up to Millington yesterday and snapped this picture. It is the sam funereal home. To the left you can see where they were bringing caskets out.
  21. That looks pretty dang cool.
  22. My little girl's birthday is May 5 (this coming Wednesday), and we alway have here birthday party on the First Saturday in May at Aycock park in Millington, TN. About a month ago I tried to reserve the pavilion for this past Saturday and it was already rented out, so we had to make other plans. (Pump it up this coming Saturday night) Well my cousin snapped this picture yesterday. It is picture of the funereal home that is sitting in front of the park. You can see the open space behind the building that is part of the park.
