If you are reffering to the first link, that is basically 100% exactly what you asked for. It is a financial website that compaires checking accounts, savings accounts, financial acocunts, and credit cards. If you are reffering to the second link, pardon me if I thought I would spend a bit of my time typing up a detailed way that anyone on TGO with an iPhone 6 and a Discover Card could get 10% back. Seeing as you are technically proficient, I assumed there is a 50/50 chance you have an iPhone (iPhone vs. Android, etc). If you were eligible for it I really didn't think you'd find better than 10% cashback on some purchases. It might not get you there but neither will a job. Just like a job, car, gun, etc, a credit card is a tool. If used intelligently credit cards are great. Lets pretend that you are anti-credit card. Lets say you have $3,000 in your checking account. Lets say that someone skims your card number at the atm/gas pump. Lets say that they then withdraw every penny of your money, leaving you with $0 in your checking account. Now, lets pretend that everything goes smoothly and they decide that you weren't liable for this. It could still take weeks before you get your money back. What about bills that are due during that time period? With a credit card (and trust me, it happened to me because someone stole my Discover Card and purchased an account at Christianmingle.com), if someone steals your card number and makes purchases, you are not liable. Discover contacted me that night telling me something was weird and to call them. I called them, was informed that just an hour ago someone created an account at Christianmingle.com, asking if I did that. I told them no I did not. They canceled the card number and sent me a new one overnight. Sure, I had to swap a few automatic bill pays to the new card number. There is no way jose that it would have been that easy had they stolen a debit card number and actually stolen all of your money in your account. I'm just a huge proponent of credit cards. I understand that some people cannot use them responsibly. However, if you want to be responible then get a credit card and use it responsibly. There are too many benifits to using a credit card not to have one.

Now, I know your Daddy told you that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, but listen up. I'm about to tell you about something I realized today. I'm going to tell you how to get hundreds, up to $1050, free. You theoretically only need a Discover Card (or enough credit to get one), an iPhone 6 or better running iOS 9 or better, and a bit of time to think. Disclaimer: All of this is meaningless if you cannot be responsible with a credit card. Now, I'm going to assume you don't have a Discover Card. If you do not, go ahead and sign up for one here. Simply signing up for a Discover Card will get you $50. That's not a huge pot of gold, but it is just the start. Become a cardmember and get $50 Cashback Bonus* with your first purchase within three months, and earn rewards on every purchase after that. After you get your Discover card in the mail, or if you already have one, all you have to do is link it to Apple Pay. Open the "Wallet" app on iOS 9, and at that point simply add your Discover card. Now, the kicker is that until the end of this year (12/31/2015), Discover is giving 10% cash back for purchases made with the Apple Pay system. That is $10 for every $100 spent! I am 99.99% sure they are allowing 10% cashback up to $10,000 in purchases, giving you $1,000, or basically two Glocks for free. We are excited for Discover cardmembers to have the ability to use Apple Pay. Rewards have always been important to our cardmembers, and we want to make sure they receive a generous offer for shopping with Discover and Apple Pay," said Heather Roche, vice president of rewards at Discover. "We want to encourage new and existing Discover cardmembers to add their Discover card to Apple Pay with a few simple clicks using our mobile app, take advantage of this 10% Cashback Bonus, and experience the ease and convenience of using Apple Pay. The other kicker? If you signed up for a new card they have a promotion where they are doubling your cash back for your first 12 billing cycles. Now, this is my take on all of it. Now, I'm not suggesting anyone go out and spend a butload of money on stuff they cannot afford. What I am advocating is that you use your brain and purchase things with Apple Pay that you were already going to purchase. Here are some of the stores you can use Apple Pay: http://www.apple.com/apple-pay/where-to-use-apple-pay/ Now, you can get creative. If what I suspect is true, I went into Walgreen's this morning, purchased over $100 worth of Amazon Gift cards, and should be getting $10 cashback from this. You could theoretically do this with grocery store gift cards, resteraunts, etc. As an added bonus I'll add this. If you have a Discover Card, also make sure you login to your online account and "activate" the bonuses on the side. It looks like this: I have two last peices of advice. Make sure to always use the cash back as "statement credit". Why? Lets say after this month I get $50 to $100 cash back from using Apple Pay a lot. If I used one of their "redemption options" such as shopping on Amazon with the cash back, that's the end of the cash back. But if I redeeem it as a statement credit (or just as effectively direct deposit it into checking), then I have $50 to $100 more money in my pocket. If I turn around and use that $50 to $100 to purchase more Amazon gift cards at Walgreen's, etc etc, then I get cash back on that purchase as well. So instead of redeeming the cash back directly at Amazon I accept a statement credit for $100, then go buy $100 worth of Amazon gift cards, I just got 10% cash back on $100. I just turned my $100 cash back into another $10, which of course I could then turn into $1, then $0.10, then $0.01. $100 cash back could actually be $111.11 cash back if you keep redeeming it as a statement credit each time. Secondly, this is only benificial if you plan and budget your money. If you end up carrying a balance then interest will eventually acrue and you will probably not come out ahead, even with 10% cash back. Only make purchases that you have the money for. I have literally spent $10,000's over the past few years on a credit card, but I have never paid a single cent of interest. I have however received a lot of cashback, a lot of protection benifits (such as if the card gets stolen), etc. Credit cards can be a very great tool or someone's absolute downfall.

Well, from the way the media and politicians portray it, you had enough time to load each and every one of the rounds into a firearm and shoot every living soul in the store before the first empty casing bounced around on the floor after being fired. Had you been malicious, that woman would have been responsible for savings every living soul in the store, except of course for the other two people that she gave a heart attack to by screaming "BULLETS!".

My cousin did get suspended for this very thing. I think he was in 6-8th grade. I think it was probably a .22lr but I'm not sure. He had been shooting with my Grandpa and decided a few shell casings would make a really cool thing to impress people with at school. 2 to 3 day suspension if I recall correctly. One of the many nails in the coffin that confirmed to me that administrators at schools are literally the most overeducated, power seeking, narcissistic people to ever walk the planet. This of course is a blanket statement, but from my experience (I graduated high school in 2009), this is true for the majority of them. My apologies to anyone level headed here at TGO who this could be directed at; My suspicions are that any school administrator that participates in TGO is light years above the average.

Craigslist....love and hate relationship....worse than Ebay. Worse meaning I hate them more than I love them. Ebay I hate them about as much as I love them. I've had 1 bad transaction (buying and selling) on Ebay out of 184. The main reason I hate them is because of the amount of fees they suck up; I use them anyway because there isn't a market as large as Ebay's anywhere in the world really to reach as many people buying used stuff. So I generally have positive feelings for Ebay. The bad experience was essentially someone not (or claiming not) to have received their item. I refunded them simply to keep my 100% rating as I could not prove they had received it as USPS First Class does not include international shipping. My mistake, their gain, lesson learned. Craigslist. Once I bought a $300 iPhone 5 from a guy. It seemed to be mint. Before I got it back to work I realized that the screen glitches in and out, I think there is a post here somewhere. Contacted the guy, even got into stalker territory by finding him on Facebook, etc. Found out where he lived. Did a drive by (as in driving by, not driving by and shooting). Ended up at that moment deciding $300 wasn't worth any amount of issues that might come up by pursing it further. Sent the guy one more text, politely telling him I felt scammed but wasn't going to message him again, but gently asked for my money back. The whole time of course he was claiming it was a month old phone, even though Apple showed it was nearly 2 years old (didn't have Applecare). The second Craigslist issue was when I purchased an 85mm 1.8 lens from an asian guy at Starbucks. Now, it was entirely my fault that I did not both research pricing more as well as inspect the lens more, but it was the lens that ended up having debris that was inside the lens. Didn't really affect the optics of the lens much if at all, but the part of me inside that wishes I had spent an extra $50 to buy brand new caused to me sell the lens to buy a new one. I tried contacting the guy back seeing if he would give *most* of my money back if I gave him back the lens, no reply. My mistake because I was more concerned with getting a really good deal on a lens that I didn't weight my options enough as well as overlooked the condition of the lens. Coincidentally, it was me selling this lens to an asian in Cambodia that led to my only bad Ebay experience. My point being that Craigslist isn't filled to the brim with top notch experiences. Both of those could have been prevented had I done my part a bit better. That being said, I still try and use Craigslist. I try to use it to find a side job or two, just today I "applied" to be a photographer of the Color Fun Run in Chattanooga in October. Will I get it? Probably not. But I figured I'd message them to see. That being said, I have read many stories, especially from the photography world, that suggests to be very careful with Craigslist particularly. People meeting up with photographers and robbing them of their gear, etc. Also, I just suspect but do not know for a fact, but there have been a time or two I've almost "applied" to some of the postings on Craigslist about photographing properties for national property reality companies. However, the last time I almost did it I noticed that they were requiring a W9. Now, this could be legit. But I also realized that it could simply be a scam to get you to send them your personal information on a W9. I decided it simply wasn't even worth the risk. So now I just try and find local things such as races, sporting evens, etc. That being said, it hasn't worked out once so either I'm not a good Craigslister or something. Be very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, careful with Craigslist. A lot of thieves, scammers, crooks, etc use it. In terms of buying/selling, I generally only use Craigslist now for things less than $50 unless I'm feeling lucky.

So, I've been thinking about saving a few bucks here and there to buy a macro lens; I've always wanted a macro lens but never got around to purchasing one. I think I'll go for the 100mm focal length. My conundrum, if that is what you would call it, is whether the L is worth +$300. Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM Macro Lens Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM Fixed Lens The L adds IS, better build quality, and I'm assuming better image quality. Also, something I am considering is selling my 85mm 1.8 lens. Although I very, very much love this lens (honestly, it is my favorite lens that I've ever owned), I feel that the 100mm macro overlaps many of the uses of the 85mm. I realize that the 85mm is quite a bit faster if need be, but I generally like choosing a smaller aperture to increase depth of field anyway. If I do sell it, it will only be after a 100mm macro purchase. So whom has experience with these lenses and cares to give some input? I'm considering renting both of the lenses from someplace online, but my research shows it would probably run me about or greater than $50 for the pair. That's 10% of the cheaper lens right there!

By the way for any interested, I just installed the El Capitan GM last night and I am astounded at how fluid and responsive everything is. Huge improvement by switching to Metal. If you don't know what any of this means, just know that the OS X update that is coming at the end of this month is awesome.
-
Once you get used to OS X, while it does have it's learning curves, it is nearly impossible to get away from it.

They probably wouldn't. That being said, it only works with the iPad Pro, which is targeting graphic designers and the like.

If you have lots of iTunes content, use Netflix, Hulu, etc, like a small bombproof set top box, then the Apple TV is for you. The new one has an App Store, so in the coming months you will see all sorts of things flood to the device, really opening it up.

http://9to5mac.com/2015/09/05/iphone-6s-3d-touch-screen/ I do not know anything about what you speak of. A comment on that thread suggests Apple patented the idea in 2008. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

3D Touch has nothing to do with "Air Gestures". The good thing about using Touch ID is that it is optional. If you are a high security operator, then you can not use it and instead setup a more secure hexadecimal password if you chose. I'll be out of this conversation for a bit...I'm hitting the install button on the OS X El Capitan GM:)

I wondered about one of the Microsoft reps. I am pretty sure he was wearing an Apple Watch. I wonder what happened behind the scenes there... Kirk Konigsbauer

Show me any phone on the market that has technology or programming behind it that is similar to "3D Touch". Or...Touch ID at that. Apple innovates... Sure, they do take good ideas from other manufacturers and Google/Microsoft, but they also innovate and what they are really, really good at is creating a near seamless ecosystem.

Really? It's the Apple Pencil that discourages you? http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/accessories/surface-pen Microsoft sells a similiar stylus for $50. However, the Apple version has integrated charging circuitry and obviously a rechargeable battery. I believe that the Apple Pencil also has more sensors inside than the Surface Pro 3 Pen. Personally, I'll be picking up the new Apple TV 4. With all of this being said, keep in mind that I am on my 2015 rMBP, with my iPhone 6 nearby, while my Wife and myself are watching a movie on the Apple TV Gen 3. I might be biased. I will agree that they should have at minimum 32 GB storage for everything, arguably 64 GB for most products.

For what it's worth, B&H Photo has a Manfrotto bag on sale today for $19.99. It is usually $49.99-$59.99. I bought one. Review once I get it, but it works out great for me since I was in the market for a more compact shoulder bag vs the backpack I've been sporting. I figure even if I hate the bag, I can at least get my money back easily if not a few bucks more. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/find/dealZone.jsp
