  1. Um...you can view the image at its native resolution and it is perfectly legible. Computer skills FTW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. What about the comments about it being a dangerous weapon and how many of them are on the street? That seemed out of place to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. This article makes no sense to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. YouTube includes ads in videos. The people with millions of views and hundreds of videos probably make more than the majority of people on TGO. http://www.tvguide.com/galleries/youtube-stars-make-more-1089689/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Regulate them before criminals buy these silent assassination pieces by the thousands! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Two questions: Is it really real? Can it fire without the barrel 100% locked into place? If so that is bad bad juju. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I was mainly just looking at the irony of using an FFL for every transaction but not holding one yourself. Illegal but meeting the spirit of the law, which would be guns out of bad people's hands and background check for each transaction. I was looking through a glass colored the tint of today, when realistically as you pointed out the regulations were set before background checks even existed. Makes sense. 8. Now that I can fully agree and concede to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9.   I would assume you are correct, but it just goes to show the level of ridiculousness of some of this. Obviously making every transaction through an FFL would "keep guns out of the right hands". Lets even say you filed taxes showing you made a profit and paid taxes on those profits to avoid tax evasion. So even though that would theoretically be "in the business", simply without an FFL, but meeting at your local FFL for every transaction, it is interesting to think about how that would be argued against.   Just theoretical though of course.
  10.   Sure it may have already been and will always be tax evasion, but would you need an FFL for that activity if you are going through an FFL to buy/sell for a form of income?
  11. The ATF document person says you can liquidate your entire collection and are find. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Right. Was merely opening the theoretical question of supplement to your income but go through an FFL for every transaction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Right. But in my scenario it is a supplement to Joe's income (he is a plumber). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. To further complicate things, what about the following scenario:   Joe goes and purchases a few firearms that are a good deal. He routinely purchases firearms from his coworkers who need cash and offer them to him at a discount. He sells via the internet and at gun shows regularly. However, for every purchase and sell he makes he meets at a local FFL and a background check is ran on the buyer. Does he need to be licensed?   TAX EVASION!
  15.   I would bet $5 that within the next week (probably today if I converse with enough people), at least one person mentions to me that Obama closed the "loophole" and what I think about it, etc.   Realistically, I feel like this whole spectacle is about giving the impression that he has tightened things up and restricted freedoms closed loopholes. The average Joe will think something has changed, your coworkers will have in their mind that you have to go through an FFL and get a background check to buy something, and then years or decades down the road when everything thinks that is just the way it is then it will actually happen.
  16. And the general public that knows nothing of gun culture or how things work will think this is doing a lot. Next time something happens per se, we will be told not enough has been done so let's do more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I don't think it literally said ANY. I think it will be debatable and flexible but I personally think it is aimed more at the personal sellers at gun shows with 3 tables buying and selling private firearms for income. Stings or ArmsLost and other websites? Don't think they are already doing it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I declined the deal. I'd like a shotgun but would probably prefer the 870p or something other than the 870 Express. They may be fine shotguns but I think I read somewhere about compromises. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. So maybe a good deal if you are in the market for a shotgun, if it is almost new, but not a steal by any means. Exactly what I was looking for. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Someone is offering me the following trade for something I have worth roughly $550. They are offering $200 cash on top of this shotgun towards my item, I'd essentially be giving them $350 trade credit for it. Is it worth that? Isn't the Express a cheaper version of the 870? Looks like about $379 new. If you had $380 or so would you purchase this shotgun or a different one? Why?
  21. So guys...anyone remember that guy btq96r? He hasn't posted in ages! I kid I kid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. What is Jade Helm for $1,000? That guy didn't get banned did he? But he didn't post about anything else if I recall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I've seen them before at shows for about $400. I think they were under $100 originally is that correct? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Tv Shows

Definite to watch: Fringe Prison Break White Collar Those three are all probably equal to Lost but with good endings. For more comedic relief, Psych was fun. Once Upon a Time started well but I am so eager to get over with. More recently Last Man on Earth is decent but not genius. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25.   I'm not necessarily claiming that in the business of isn't somewhat defined, I'm pretty sure that they guy you see at the flea market with two tables totaling 30 firearms and is making purchases/trades/sales etc with the intent of making a profit is almost undeniably enhancing their livelihood by doing so. However, a hobbyist who sales 20-30 firearms a year with the intent of trying something new or upgrading their collection is dangerously close to being targeted in my opinion.
