See, here I was this whole time thinking that the "trendy" thing to do was to own something exotic, expensive, and flashy. Those that prefer simplicity, reliability, and the holy grail of value buy a Glock.

I don't disagree that a person should be careful in determining and following the law. With that being said, I'm throwing this in the pot. Could an 18 year old hunt with a pistol?

Technically for private sales you can buy one at 18 even though many sellers will play it safe.

See, I have always had the exact opposite in Cleveland. I cannot think of a single issue I've ever had with UPS. Fedex on the other hand has randomly rescheduled several deliveries over the years. Also, just this week, I'm 90% certain I saw a Fedex employee toss a package from the road onto my neighbors porch. Obviously UPS could be guilty of the same, however I very much suspect it generally just comes down to the employee.

Oh I see the way it is. There was going to be a really good point. Then I realized the earlier box said PMC instead of PSA. Different case entirely. Running on too much coffee these days and not enough sleep.

That's odd and surprising. Unless by chance the ad mentioned that it was shipped somewhat loose I wouldn't be happy. If it mentioned "seconds" or "loose" or something like that, then it is a bit more forgivable. Wet? That seems unacceptable in any circumstance, but unsure if it is the fault of PSA or UPS/Fedex. If it was left in the rain then that makes sense. Regardless, I'd contact PSA and let them know politely you were dissatisfied. Give them the chance to make it right. Likely they would either reimburse you or ship you more ammo. Typically returns on ammo are always 100% no go. Perhaps UPS/Fedex insurance comes into play here as well. If that doesn't work, I'd consider contacting your credit card company and explaining the situation. They might be willing to help you out some.
