1. Gun A or B, "on book" or "off", the questions you should be asking are "which carries better" and "which is reliable".

Glock 19

Personally I think the Glock 19 is the way to go, at first anyway. But don't let people steer you away from the 26. Granted, someone above was correct about since it is "too small" or rather "the wrong size", it digs into your side a bit more while the 19 sort of rides flat against you better. I suppose that would mostly depend on holster though.   If you get the pinky extensions for the magazines, in my opinion it is just as fun to shoot as a G19.In my limited range use, I could shoot it just as good as a Glock 19.

But honestly as much as I love my Glock 19, I've always regretted not instead getting an expert model Glock 23:
5.     I had no idea that multiple bullets could become lodged in a barrel. I assumed it would be bad if you fired again once one was stuck. Of course it depends on a lot of variables but still, I am surprised.
6. Can you get threaded barrels from Hk or is that something else? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
7. So I went and looked at one a few minutes ago. I liked it but I just dunno! Glock has so much to support it (track history, accessories, magazines, etc). I WANT one of these VP9's. Does anyone in Cleveland have one I could shoot? Or should I just buy one?

Glock 26 is obviously smaller in the hand but arguably just as shootable. Everyone needs a G19.
9.
New phone came in the mail today. Wasn't supposed to get here until at least Monday. Ordered it on Friday, figuring in the weekend there that's pretty decent shipping time. Although it is a used phone it looks to be in perfect condition. About to get activated and all that mess. So far so good. I'll give a report on Ting once I've used it for a couple of days.
What phone did you buy? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
10.   May I ask where you found the code? Perhaps there is a replacement somewhere?
11. Nooooooo!!!!   I excitingly tried it twice this morning. Says the code expired.
12. I use TING. It's an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) off of Sprint (uses Sprint network). Essentially, they charge you $6 per device per month, then appropriate amount for whatever tier you hit for minutes/texts/data each. I typically pay somewhere between $20 and $40 a month depending on usage. Sprint coverage is not super great, but gets the job done.   If you want in iPhone, you can go find a Spring iPhone 4/5 and attach it to their service. If you want something else, most Spring phones will work with Ting but you should always check first. Customer service is top notch (you call a number, someone answers within a few rings that can actually help you vs. getting forwarded through a phone tree several times).
13.   Think of how much time you would have if you were eating Ramen!   ...you probably won't get that.
14. Movie:   http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0806165/   I have never watched it, just decided to post it because of its relevancy to the OP;)

16. I wondered the same thing a few weeks ago. Eventually got in touch with him. Seemed busy but perfectly fine. Enjoying summer weather I presume.
17.
A savvy user can (and has) managed to create a new account. There are limitations to technology, and so if you're really inclined, you can get back on. If you were to keep quiet about your former identity and change your tone a bit, we're probably not going to boot you. But, the thing about it is, is that most of the users who recreate accounts are just narcissistic enough to not be able to do either of those two things. They are in fact their own worst enemies.
Or...what if he is already here? Holy crap how would we ever know? It could be you! It could be me! Asgghhh'
18.   When it comes to things like WWB, I am surprised that it seems most all rounds have powder. It seems like it would be easy when manufacturing so many rounds for some of the casings not to be charged. Now, consistency is one thing but it just seems impressive that I have never had any factory duds.   Man, I'd love to tour an ammunition plant!
19. Did he temporarily "come back"? Ah...Nevermind. I figured it out;)
20. So I have played this before. It is really interesting. Instead of focusing on creating a game with impressive graphics they have created a unique and fun "tactical style" shooter.   Frozen Synapse (Phenomenal Turn Based Tactical Game)   What I love about it is how truly cross platform it is (Windows/Mac/Linux AND iOS/Android (tablets). You can then play between systems. I just purchased it for my iPad ($9.99), but I can play against any of the other OS's. It's multiplayer or single player.   I truly recommend that anyone that has it takes the few moments to watch the how-to videos. It can be incredibly frustrating but once you start understanding and winning, it becomes very addicting.   http://www.frozensynapse.com/   It shows up as being expensive but can be routinely caught on sale via Steam or HumbleBundle. However, might I suggest the tablet touchscreen interface is superb?
21. I found his problem:
22.   Something I have realized from talking to non-gun people is that when the think about carrying a firearm they do not realize that you can buy nicer holsters.
23.   I don't think you have anything to worry about. I Am Not A Layer.   IANAL
24. A deal is generally a deal. That being said, it is up to you. Are you 100% sure it functioned correctly? If so, why not talk to the guy further, find out exactly what he is doing/not doing, and see if you can troubleshoot the issue.   Is it "not firing" or "not reliable"? Because there is a difference. If you know they guy and can trust him, them you may want to work something out until you are both satisfied. If you have no reason to trust him, do not disregard the possibility that he did something intentional/accidental that caused the gun not to work. Maybe he is hoping to swap his "nonworking model 1358" for your "working 1358" in hopes you don't realize it isn't actually the gun you sold him.
25.
That's not the point I'm trying to get across Mike. I get it just fine. The point I'm trying to get across is the thug busting through my back door doesn't need to have access to Body Armor. If you're a law biding citizen as you are, if you want it and can afford it...go for it. Make procedures that have to be followed to get it. Just anyone buying body armor off of ebay and through the mail is what needs banned. Dave
I agree 100% with you. Why don't we just go a step further and ban criminals from owning guns? Then body armor or not, they'll be harmless? Or a home run move and make breaking and entering/home invasions illegal!
