  1. Doesn't have the contour AICS mags have. But does have the countour of the 2010 mags. Side walls look to different from AICS mags to make me think they are them. Same with accurate mags.
  2.     Blaise would probably smack someone upside the head if they ever said that in his beloved battalion!
  3. Mark, "hooah" has been banned from being said. Not really. Silly POGs still say it. People that wear funny colored berets don't say it. Legs.... Ugh.... Legs..... You just never know with them these days though. And your absolutely right, where is the MRE spoon slid Into his plate carrier molle. Dudes obviously not legit without it.
  4. Hahahah thats the truth!!
  5. I have a SBR palmetto lower. It wiggles a little. Yes it has a high shelf in the rear where the take down pin goes into the upper. Different makers cut higher or lower shelves in the lower receiver itself. I cut an accuwedge to fit in there. Took two seconds with a knife and works like a charm.
  6. Just a personal preference. Don't like the looks or style of them. Handled a couple different ones and they just aren't for me. Personally, they feel outdated. Everyone's updating their design with keymod, quick change barrels, folding stocks, interchangeable parts, Ect Ect. They are listening to what the market wants. I just don't see armalite keeping up with them. It's like the age old debate with 1911 extractors. Internal or external. Everyone likes internal because it's the original design. But external works better. Why not go with that works better and keep updating and making a product better? I get armalite did lots of updates to this gun and others to try and be competitive, but it's just not enough, and seems to me it's been like that for a long time with them. Anyways, that's just my personal opinion. Take it for what it's worth.
  7. I'll stick with my accuracy internationals. :) Never been a fan of armalite. Personally, I think they suck. Not going to beat around the bush there.
  8. I did a couple years ago. Just didn't have the space to store more ammo. Which is sad in its own right. I got rid of stuff like 40s&w, 6.8spc, 38special and a couple others. Just wasn't worth it. I stick to 9mm and 45 in pistols and smg's now, and 223 and 308 for rifles. I have a 300/221 Sbr AR but I've had that since.... Mid 2000 something and it's fun to shoot suppressed and makes a great house gun. So I'll probably keep that to my one "non standard" round. It really is worth consolidating. Just makes life easier.
  9. If I didn't shoot like a total tard the last two stages I would have done good. Won the first two in my class... Butttt nooooooooooo. At least joe didn't shoot that one target too. So I don't feel as bad. Haha
  10. I'm in hendersonville by the country hill golf course
  11. Probably not. Sister in law is visiting. So can't really get away. Shooting idpa wens so already hearing the brunt of it.
  12. No manual, not about to pay $80 on ebay at the cheapest for a beat up manual… The diagram is simple to read, just lots going on and nothing where it originally was intended to be.
  13. I haven't, sorry.   I have a couple noveske NSR's here, Midwest G2, Odin and a few others you're more than welcome to fondle and see what you like.
  14. I've done it once or twice :)   Hows Sunday sound? My sister in law is here tell saturday sometime, then I need to head to Clarksville for a house warming party for a buddy that just moved here.
  15. Long story short, my best friend just got stationed here that I grew up with, and I told him I would help rewire his bike. A mutual buddy growing up cut all the wirings and ran it off a points system and destroyed the actual harness to say the least. Well, that guy was an idiot and now my buddy wants to wire it back to run off the stator and actually have the bike back in its original form.    I have a new harness, and have it about 40% done. But, there needs to be some custom stuff done on the wiring. Example: there isn't a key anymore, so I'm wiring in a hot switch and bypassing the key in the main cluster, but wiring the cluster to always be on when the hot switch is on. Pretty much making it run off a switch and not the key.    Anyways, is there anyone on here thats good with wiring diagrams? I'm pretty good, wired up my boat from scratch and neighbors land rover AC/Heat system as well, but it's always nice to get a little help with something like this, because it isn't my strong suit really.    The bike is a 1974 Yamaha TX500. I do have the diagram here and have been working off of it.    Anyone care to help?   Free beer and whiskey provided.
  16. On a carry gun, safety's are stupid. Be responsible. Know what's around your gun and how you carry it and the chances of it going off... Well there really aren't any chances unless your careless. I carry a G19, never have and never will worry about it accidentally going off.
  17. Haha welcome to that crap. Sorting the different types before loading gets old, fast. They will always make both types. Nature of the beast.
  18. It's that D4D Diesel engine. Those things are literally everywhere in Afghanistan. Everyone and their mom drives one. It's either a Hilux or Corolla.
  19. Or just don't buy it because it's not even that good of ammo to start with. People never cease to amaze me.
  20. Posted some videos today on my youtube for anyone that wants to check out what an outlaw steel match is like. https://m.youtube.com/user/bluetorch125
  21. Screw it. I don't need a bonus time. Like I said I just want to do it for the fun of it! Glad we can unpin them :) thanks man.
