Slow-Mo MP5 and Glock full auto mag dump
173rdABN replied to 173rdABN's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
If you want slow mo of the belt Feds get one mike (lawenforcementsales). Mikkeeeeeeeeeeeee..... :) he's got my 249 there still. That was at strategic edge in chapel hill. I'll be going back hopefully every Friday or Sunday now. Trying to set a more routine schedule to get out more. I'm over working myself so it's a good excuse to get out. -

I made a 12.5" AR308 as well. Talk about uncontrollable... I couldn't do a mag dump if I wanted to. It needs a better brake for some recoil mitigation for sure before I try that again. -
I bank with us bank and have never had an issue. They know I'm an 07/02 and love it. The district manager makes it a point to come talk to me whenever I'm in there. Don't believe everything you hear/read on the Internet.

DMr trigger is meant to stick around 3lbs. The match trigger goes down to like .8oz or something crazy. The DMR I feel is meant to keep that "battle" trigger yet making it a solid clean breaking match grade trigger as well. The match trigger itself is more for only precision shooting where you want that, "oh crap i was surprised when that went off" feel

Survey says: 35 percent of Americans would expatriate

I lived in Italy for a couple years. The strippers made it worth it. -
Primary Arms beat Geissele's website on some triggers, so I went through them instead and got myself a High Speed National Match - Match trigger. $227 shipped.

I've been there the last couple times its been held. I just go for the vendor tables. It's like a massive gun show, but with full auto's and everything you could imagine thats extremely hard to find. I got my first M249 kit there, and have been picking up random stuff here and there every time I go. Next time I'll be getting a M60 parts kit to finish one up. Side note. Mike (LawenforcementSales) and myself have been talking about hosting a machine gun shoot and bringing our post samples out for people to shoot. Still looking for a place to host it, but we've got some good idea's once we find a place. It's in the works :) -
I see what you did there.

Squirt some mobil 1 on my 650 pretty often. but i also load a metric crap ton. i take it apart every couple days of use and give it a complete cleaning and re-oil. but, in the last 10 years of loading, mobil 1 has done me proud. note: 5w30 is the weight i use.

Busy day loading and organizing today.

Barrel change? HA! I like it when they glow red and bend :) run-away-gun? never heard of her. I have 1,000 rounds linked for my M249, and sure as $hit, thats how she's getting broken in :) -
Wife is out of town, so I got to catch up on stuff around the house I've been putting off. Cleaned out my ammo closet, and heck, even found factory ammo from probably 10 years ago I didn't know I had! Glad I finally got that all done. Feels so much better to be more organized. On top of that, I even got some 223 loaded up and some match grade 308. Feels good to be productive. Organization at its finest. 100 rounds of 223 time lapse https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mtNkYSMLaw

40% chance of rain? Psssshhhht. If it's not raining, we're not training (lamest line ever, but completely true. seems rain is inevitable when we shoot). I'll be there, along with a bunch of friends from Campbell. Anyone attending, bring your A-game. Got some good shooters that will be there. :) -
I usually go for the 220 at GGC with my G34 when I'm there. Watch out for some people. You just never know. There are some naturals that never shoot. They are extremely few and far between, but again. You just never know.

173rdABN replied to Ron Padilla's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
Absolutely. My home defense ammo is my reloads. And my other guns around the house for a grab and go situation are all loaded with reloads. Even better, every single mag (and I keep them all loaded), is loaded with reloads. The only thing that isn't a reload, is my daily carry ammo. That's literally it. -
I'd be happy to take you out for the day and teach you some basics to advanced stuff. Whatever your comfortable with. PM me and we can talk a little. I have a background that's pretty extensive with shooting.
