1. 10- ring. you have 600,000 left before your next oil change. :) cant beat the indestructibility of the 7.3!
2. Dude, I'll straight up tell you my personal experience with my 6.0 excursion. IT SUCKED. don't get me wrong, when it ran, man it was a solid motor and strong as hell. I had a lot of work done to the motor, and within 6 months I had major problem. not just small, but big. Injectors went out, $2000. HPOP went out with ICP censor, $2300. Oil rail plug came loose, $450. Stalled on me twice going to school when I lived in MN. Now, granted, it was a early 07/2003 motor. and in 2005 they fixed some stuff and they were a lot better. so, look for that. anything past 2004. I had 138,000 miles on mine, which isnt that many to say the least for a diesel, and I just couldnt afford every couple weeks to dump thousands back into it to get me to school and back. Things to do right off the bat: EGR delete, EGR cooler, HEAD STUDS!, possibly a turbo, because those stupid things (at least mine) caused major issues. If you can bulletproof it, it'll be a super solid truck for sure. I LOVED mine when it ran. And I miss it everyday. Seriously, its sad. But it was an amazing truck to say the least. But, the 6.0…. wasn't amazing, to say the least. If you can get a 7.3L DO THAT HANDS DOWN. you'll never regret it. This right here…. that was it. When I said enough is enough. Last picture I ever took of her. Also, worry about the head studs. no matter what in the 6.0. Don't wait until its to late.
3. Guys lucky that's all that happened... Man that sucks super bad.
4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGAjMZZwcUc   I know audio in videos sucks, but here is my 8.5" with 208 subs suppressed next to my 1911 with osprey 45 can my buddy shot so we could do a sound comparison.
5. I have a 8.5" 300 blackout and use a 762-sdn6 and really like it a lot. Sounds amazing with subsonic ammo.
6. The one that packs the most energy.   Personally, I stick with 9mm in my MP5 as my go to gun. But, it has its downfalls.    Next choice I go with is my 10.5" AR15 in 5.56.    After that, X39   I wouldn't want .38 or 30 carbine in a carbine platform.
7. Everyone and their mom has an AR15 in .223/5.56. The military used 5.56. Heck, NATO uses the 5.56. You want ammo for an end of the world scenario that will be on dead bodies or in peoples stock piles? Get a .223/5.56
8. Ha, that'll be my first order of business when I get home tomorrow. Honestly it might have just had underpowered ammo that wouldn't cycle it. I made that ammo for my other gun and it loves them. It's what I usually run in a rifle match. I think it wasn't enough to cycle the piston though. I think it's only like 22gr's of wc844 to my usual 26 behind a 55gr FMJ.
9. Oh no mark, ol' stew bear and myself will be there. Stew will be my spotter. Going to have that uber professional doing all the leg work. I'm just the trigger puller. I have the easy job :) As a matter of fact I fly out at 7:30am to Arizona tomorrow for two more sniper schools. One just wasn't enough.... :)
10. 06-09 I was with them. Battle company. When were you there?
11. He takes it like a champ though. Good on him for staying calm
12.   Guess who's going to be there, in his ghillie, bright and early doing the stalking portion on day one in the extreme division?   THISSSS GUYYYYYY
13. Most people that rent them out just have post sample sears for them.
14.  It was an EOD guy. he could have just laughed and said they were all idiots right off the bat.
15. This story seems to use wording to make you think it was a big deal. you know right off the bat if its a practice round or HEDP or whatever else it might be. Seems to be blown way out of proportion.
16. Here are some videos today of Blaise and myself. I have more on my YouTube account as well. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Vy9MvQ7G4I4 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Wd1H_IDJdgM
17. Mike Dresner (Lawenforementsales) is great and out of Oak Ridge
18. Nice. If I needed another AR I'd probably get one of those.
19. Anybody know the best place to get these? Seems no one really has them online in stock. Hornady makes it in their leverevolution selection, but that's about the only person that I know that makes it. I recently got a couple guns from my grandfather and would like to get some ammo for a couple of these. Others I still need to figure out a caliber first... I'd be happy to reload for it, but finding .321" bullets might be a little hard.
20. I got a couple things from them the other day and got an email in 30 seconds conforming my order and 3 hours later saying it was shipped with a tracking number.
21. Hey, I didn't pick any 45 up…. well, maybe 7 pieces. haha. 308 is what I need back!    I got first!!!!!!     1 Paulson, Kris   X HM MAJOR N N N N 500.0000 100.000 %   Can't beat that…..    Nobody even came close….. hahahhaa
22.   Yes, but that isn't steel core.
23. When I first moved here I used a water and electric bill to pick a gun up I had transferred in to prove my address at the LGS. Don't always need a DL.
24. Free on wens at gallatin PD. bring your own finger print cards though. thats when i go.
