  1. Sounds like their QC is not that great. At some point, I would think they would replace it for you and give you something for your troubles. Hope they make it right for you.
  2. My J frame fits easy. I think the G26 will too. As I said, if you wear Wrangler cowboy jeans, you have to do something else. (ie. ankle holster) My guns carry in relax fit pockets pretty well.
  3. Leroy on here tells me it works well for him and his G26. My left pocket Aholster works well for my J frame. No printing with the Kydex. It's a great product. Can't wait to get the one for my new G26.
  4. We used to have to wait in Alabama. I always had my guns on layaway anyhow so the waiting period wasn't a factor. Congrats on the XD. I know what you mean on the wait. I got my G26 today that I ordered on Monday. It beat the holster getting here through the mail and the gun came from WI, but the holster shipped from right here in TN. I don't get it.
  5. I carried it today and couldn't even feel it there. It's SO much lighter than the G30. I'm totally stoked and can't wait to go shoot it. I'm already planning my next purchase now that I'm in the 9MM. Gotta get the G34 range gun next.

    stolen guns

Sure there is, a thief in your family or circle of trust.
  7. I added a new Glock 26 to my Glock family today. It will make a great concealed carry weapon after adding some XS Big Dot sights and GAP magazine floor plates. I'm waiting for the Aholster strong side pocket holster to get here through the mail. I'm planning on picking up a Galco ankle glove for when I need deep concealment with tight pocket pants. I've been carrying it today in the Crossbreed Supertuck for my G30. With the tension of my belt, it stays put just fine. It also fits the G&G yaki slide holster for my G30 if I crank the retention screws down tight. These options for carry will work for now. So without further delay, here it is with the rest of the family. G21, G30, and G26. Range report to come later.
  8. I vote for the Aholster as well. I have one for my J frame and one in the mail for my G26.
  9. Pretty neat Coop.
  10. This is NOT a .380 vs 9MM thread. Keep it on topic. If you don't have interest in the .380 Bodyguard pistol, why read the thread? If the thread crapping continues everytime a .380 caliber is mentioned, you'll end up with that group of folks that got put on "vacation" last night. Thanks.
  11. Wow dude. You have so many stipulations, I think it will be just about impossible to cover them all. A Kahr .45 would work in a deep concealment holster (ie. SmartCarry, belly band, Kangaroo pocket thing) That's about all I can think of. A CW45 can be found for a reasonable price. Good luck.
  12. Glad I got the long gun safe too for when that time comes, since my house will be in that price range affordable to less than desirable potential buyers.
  13. She made her way through it, but apparently she realized her hand was more dependable than a teleprompter. Can't say I blame her. She didn't look like the idiot that Obama did with the teleprompter when he didn't know how to pronounce "corpsman". What a DA!!!
  14. You don't have a camera on your phone? I'm curious about these. They look interesting. Anybody got pics of one on a G26 or G27 Glock?

    HD and CCW handguns

Let's stay on topic guys. Are your HD weapons the same as your CCW or do two different guns serve each purpose? Thanks.
  16. What do you guys/gals think about grip coverings on your tactical tupperware? I've seen some use skateboard tape, Agrip sticky covering, Talon covering, Hogue slipon grips, or the homemade version, the bicycle tube method. I kind of like the looks better with none of the above, but when I had the Kahr, the aggressive backstrap was uncomfortable to practice with, so I went with the Hogue slip on one. I'm just curious about the rest of you.
  17. Call Guns and Leather in Greenbrier.
  18. A. If you want an IWB holster that stays open, get a hybrid kydex and leather. The cheapest one is a KHolster. Look them up and read what other TGO members have to say about them. The search feature at the top of the screen will bring up multiple posts on them. B. This is a subject for the Accessories section so I'll move it now. Welcome to TGO. Hope you find lots of great information from the good people here.
  19. Me too. I'd like to see the ZBB again and Jamie Johnson.
  20. That's what I'm talking about. That is one awesome plinker. My wife has a POS Sig Mosquito. It won't lock back on an empty mag. It constantly jams at least once every mag. So not worth the money.

    DB380

The guys over at GT said these are pretty sweet little 380s so I'm curious if you just got a bad one or what.

    DB380

Alright guys. Keep it civil and friendly so I don't have to anybody. We're all grown ups here. Friendly debate is OK, but insults and name calling will not be tolerated, as thread drift is not either. I think this thread is supposed to be about the Glock clone 380, but we've strayed away from the original topic and gotten on this 380 vs whatever debate. Should I just close it here? I'm kind of curious about how this DB380 customer service issue is resolved and how the OP feels about the weapon when he gets it back. So lets stay on topic please. Thanks.
  23. I agree. It is the same frame as my G30 AFAIK. Any G30 holster should fit it. It is kind of a scarce weapon though, probably being the reason you don't see it listed in holster fitting lists. With the ammo cost and availability, I prefer the G30 to the 29 JMO. I'm sure it's a badazz handful though. Good luck with your choice.
  24. I thought about making it a sticky, but it really belongs in the ammo or accessories subsection, not the handguns. Maybe I'll move it there and that moderator can make it a sticky.
