Oh it wasn't given to me, lol. He just needed it running and had no idea how to do it himself. And I'm glad I had that armor, only 12g ammo in town was 3in 00, it would have made a hell of a kaboom had it decided to let go.

And I fixed it!!! Friend of mine gave me his S&W Model 100 12g semi-auto shotty last week so I could attempt to get it running. Thing had apparently been sitting behind a seat of a truck for about 10 years and looked every bit of it. Took me hours of cussing to get the thing apart, several more hours of cussing, 3 cans of breakfree, two brushes, a barrel mop and a lot of beer, but I finally got the @%^$! thing clean. Took it out today to function test it. Should have seen me, full body armor w/ dick flap, kevlar, eye pro, ear pro, gloves, and a puckered butthole. I thought the thing was gonna blow up on me. Well 25 rounds, 2 cigarettes and a lot of sweat later, I pronounce this gun reliable enough for turkey season. Pretty proud of myself for taking a gun I knew absolutely nothing about and turning it into a functional firearm again. Now to tackle the stock and forearm....

I'm quite scared of that little davis, I only have ammo in it when I shoot it. Which is very rarely. But it only goes bang, no booms. lol

And the only free gun I ever got was a little Davis P-32 that someone gave me a while back.... Oh that's right, it was you lol. Congrats on the new-ish firearm. That whole PIF thing has come full circle.

Jeez, I got popped in Rutherford county, paid a $285 traffic fine, then had to turn around and pay $150 for traffic school..... I always though if you took school you didn't have to pay, learned my lesson.

Pulled the trigger on a Spada Tactical Holster from Peter's Holsters after reading and hearing rave reviews about them. Can't wait for it to show up, even though it's a 20 day backlog. Got it setup up for my M&P9 with the TLR-1 on it. Will give a thorough review of it once it gets here. And without further adoo, the mandatory porn. HURRY UP AND GET HERE!!!!!

As an EMT, I have to disagree with that crystal. I will do everything humanly possible to save someone, regardless of their donor status. I don't even bother with ID until they are stable and in the back of the ambulance. And everyone I have ever worked with has done the exact same. We have far too much on the line to not try our hardest. Letting someone die for their organs goes against everything we are taught, as well as criminally negligent. Like PMITA prison negligent.

When I die, if there is something in my body that actually still works. They can have it, better for someone to live because of my death, than to be let someone die because I figured I needed to be whole to go to heaven.

BUY IT!!! Mags are cheap, guns are not. Except in this case.
