  1. Photographers.... We can convert anything to anything.
  2. Oddly enough this makes me want a Glock.... Crazy ain't it.
  3. Larue? But very nice Arsenal AK.
  4. I went to school there, now live out in Leipers Fork.
  5. He has an Eagle Industries CIRAS with level 4 plates... He just wasn't wearing it. Oh and my girlfriend says haha.
  6. Did you fill out and mail in the warranty card? You have a year of coverage from the purchase date should anything happen. Call Nikon's CS and see what they can do for ya.
  7. My trick is too fake an allergy attack. Walked through Macy's with the girlfriend once and got hosed. Immediately started gasping, turned red, and fell down holding my throat. The lady freaked. I got up and told her that's what could happen if she kept doing it. Pretty sure the message got through.
  8. Mike, I'm pretty sure I've told you before... You're gonna shoot your eye out with that thing.
  9. The Trijicon Weaver mount won't work on a Picatinny mount. You need the flattop mount they have for their sights.
  10. Does this guy not realize that there are very few laws left in the land that are truly Constitutional? Welcome to the 21st century dude. The Constitution is but a piece of paper to politicians. And if you try to use the "Constitutional law" argument with an officer of the law, or a judge for that matter, they are just gonna look at you like you're stupid. The law, as it's written, is the law. They do not care if you think it's unconstitutional. You will still have to follow and abide by it.
  11. Those types of muzzle brakes are great for the shooter. Not so great for those standing next to you on the firing line. Nice rifle, loving the ACOG with the Dr. red dot.
  12. This argument is purely whining and moaning. You say you want to abide by the law. Then just do it, quit being a baby. Wear your seat belt like a good boy, surrender your weapon when asked by a LEO, and generally act like a decent human being. Rather than try to rebel and fight every time something is done that hurts your sensitivity. Wipe your nose, change your diaper, and follow the law as it is written. Not your interpretation of it.
  13. double post
  14. This song came out while my brother was in the middle of his second tour in Afghanistan. Still brings me to tears every time I hear it, not just for him, but also for other brothers in arms that haven't come home in one piece. Dean Brody - Brothers
  15. I used them on my HK, gonna get them for my 1911, and once I figure out how to do it, gonna have a Big Dot front sight put on my 442. I love these sights, super fast to align, just dot the I. Easy to see in all light conditions. Chris Barrett turned me on to them. I was a huge fan of trijicon 3 dots, til I shot them side by side with XS Big Dots in a low light reflexive fire course, which he recommended I do. Have never looked back. Hands down fastest handgun sights I have ever, and will ever, use.
  16. Slap, Rack, and Tap. All while moving. The Army equivalent of tap, rack, bang. And if that fails, while right hands drops primary, left hand is drawing secondary. If if don't go boom, squeeze til it does.
  17. You are, scroll down and it plainly shows it's an SR22, lol.
  18. How bout the good 'ole. "Hide, and call 911, the police will take care of it."
  19. You can get free ringtones from myxer.com It allows you you pick the part of any song you want and use it as a tone.

    New job!

Congrats man!!! I'm taking this as a sign that I'll get picked up for a job as well.
  22. Well i am all for not having guns in bars... But for establishments that sell food and alcohol, that's a whole different ball of wax. If I'm going to a bar, it's to get shmammered. Therefore the gun stays in the truck.
  23. The M16 series rifle is an outstanding piece of weaponry. But in situations, where you have to use use it for heavy sustained fire, such as being surrounded, they can quickly become useless. I've fired so many rounds through one once that the handguards started to melt. Then I had a cook off, and did exactly what that soldier did, threw it down. It's too dangerous at that point to fire it or even hold it.
  24. Congrats!!!
  25. I second David's suggestion.
