  1. But does being a "busy-body" make him guilty of 2nd degree murder? &/or causes him to forfiet his right to use deadly force in order to defend himself from SBI/death?
  2. I am absolutely appalled! How dare you make fun of people who intentionally butcher the english language! You sir are the worst kind of person in the world, this sort of thing should not be mocked or ridiculed, it should be embraced & encouraged.
  3. Nice work man, both of them look brand-new!
  4. Great wrap up Andrew, thanks again for all of the play by play & expert opinion!
  5. Yup, it was an attempted "gotcha!" move that backfired, well except in the eyes of the true J4T fans like Dave who'll cling to anything that will make Z look guilty of something..
  6. That perjury charge was bogus IMHO. How was Zimmerman suppose to claim a 3rd party's money? Even though it was "raised for his defense" He had no actual control over any of that money as far as I am aware.
  7. I have a change of clothes, a pair of spare boots, a rain poncho, a couple days of food & water, some fire starting stuff, a FAK, a map, compass, emergency radio, and a multitool. Just enough stuff for 72 hours, with the sole purpose of getting myself from point A to point B on foot.
  8. Nope, you might scare someone who's afraid of firearms or commit a criminal act or something, so an individual's Constitutional Right "to bear arms" has been voided. If you want to legally carry a gun around you have to first get the State's permission & then pay a hefty fine before you can do so.
  9. As a former LEO you should be familiar with the use of force continuum.
  10. I fail to see how following someone acting suspicious is "starting a confrontation" one which the followee' is justified in assaulting the follower, for comitting the act of following. Granted people don't like to be followed, but there are literally dozens of benign reasons one person might follow another. In this particular case a volunteer neighborhood watchman became suspicious of a person (unknown to him as being a resident), dressed in dark clothing, acting as if they were on drugs, sneaking around his neighborhood afterdark which had experienced a recent rash of break-ins & burglaries, this is IMHO what should happen in every neighborhood. Trayvon's recent history included being caught at school with burglary tools & a small pirate's horde of presumably stolen womens jewelry, he could have very well had been the one responsible for the recent rash of break-ins in Zimmerman's neighborhood. In fact I'd be very interested in examining the date of which Trayvon moved into the area & the date that the break-ins began.
  11. That's just crazy talk! Everyone knows that if "We the People" were allowed that sort of individual freedom to make our own decisions about stuff some adults would be lazy about keeping their properties tidy, OMG could you imagine the horror of having a neighbor with a shaggy looking yard?!?! Heck they might even decide to drink a whole 32 oz cola! Or maybe even decide to not wear their seatbelt! It would be complete anarchy & utter chaos! Dooomed we're doooomed I tellzya!
  12. The groups have already been thought up & formed a long-time ago, they are called (from largest to smallest) nations, states, counties, cities, towns, villages, neighborhoods, friends & family. Depending on the severity of the event/calamity, some of the above may be dissolved in the chaotic aftermath, but surely some of the current infrastructure will likely survive. Unless we are talking about a true "black-swan" event, after which the world as we know it is altered completely, even if only temporarily.
  13. Welp for me it really boils down to Z's head wounds. Couple that with Z's lie-detector test backing his version of events, with zero detected attempts of deception ... Not sure if that the results will be allowed as evidence in the court room, but it "good enough" for me to make a determination on whether or not I believed the shooting was a potential murder or if it was in fact done as claimed in self-defense.
  14. I have mixed feelings on this. While I absolutely hate it when a neighbor allows their property to become overgrown, I also absolutely hate the government forcing homeowners to maintain their own property (or else) iffin the homeowner doesn't want to or can't do so (for whatever reason). That's the problem with "freedom" it is completely chaotic by nature, people going around doing or not doing whatever the heck they feel or don't feel like doing (so long as they aren't hurting anyone else). *shrug* I guess I just love "freedom" more than I hate unkempt yards ...
  15. Welp, whistle-blowers aren't traitors & traitors aren't whistle-blowers. Had the NSA been spying on the Chinese or Soviet militaries (real tangible threats) like they are supposed to be doing, instead of spying on the American people than yea his disclosing of that information would had been treason. However, since the information on the Prism program he disclosed was that of the NSA monitoring & collecting data on every single American citizen, without warrants & without our consent or knowledge, in violation of the 4th Amendment, well that makes him more of a "whistle-blower" than a "traitor" IMHO. The Constitution wasn't written in some super-secret code that only folks wearing black robes or shiney stamped metal badges can understand, the American people are starting to wake up to that fact. Many are also waking up to realize that the biggest, most dangerous threat to the American People is the one that which our own government seemingly poses to both our safety & our liberties. Our safety because they are squandering our national intel resources on domestic big brother bullshit, our liberties because they seem to think that their power over us lowly peasants is no longer limited by our Constitution. Couple that with today's technology ease of abuse & it might be time for the American people to start having some semi-regular "tar & feathering" parties for some of their fellow Americans, just to remind those in posistions of power who works for who.
  16. And God help you if you release a balloon into the air while complaining about the quality of your tap water, SWAT will kick your door, drag you out into the street & put 2 into the back of your head.
  17. For mostly HD use with occasional carry a J-frame is hard to beat IMHO. Don't get me wrong, I've owned Glocks, Sig's, Beretta's, 1911's, M&P's, & XD's I love them all, but there would be no hesitation I'd take a J-frame over any one of them if I could only own a single handgun.
  18. Thank you for making my point for me. Race-relations in this country have gotten so lop-sided that anything & everything a white person says or does that a black person is remotely offended by, or disagrees with is automatically considered "racist" or "racism". IMHO the term has become nothing more than a tool used far too often for racial intimidation & bullying, however you'll find that I do not suffer from "white guilt" & I'm not easily intimidated &/or bullied. Point of fact ... Trayvon's grammar & spelling was atrocious, a 2nd grader could have typed more coherent text messages, if you wan't to claim that is "how black people talk" well you just go right ahead, but don't twist what I actually said in order to make false accusations. But thanks for the heads up, I wasn't aware that "them/they" was now the new super-secret N-word ... I have to go tell all of my KKK friends it's been changed again.
  19. Triple, I understand the point you were trying to make, but I am not sure if everyone is going to pick up on it though. The TGO'ers who are insinuating that some of their fellow TGO'ers are "racist" for one reason or another are trying to make the issue about something it isn't, responding "in-kind" by insinuating that they are "child molesters" really won't get us anywhere, it isn't like they are going to suddenly realize what they were doing was wrong & apologize or quit doing it or anything. Because they've been taught that it is never wrong to insinuate or accuse, (even falsely), that someone is a "racist", at least not in America 2.0, nope in fact name calling is completely acceptable in our public discourse so long as the name calling is leftist approved name calling: "homophobe, racist, bigot, bible-thumper", etc.
  20. You always leave out the whole "TM was violently bashing Z's head against the sidewalk when Z discharged his weapon" part of the equasion. Why is that?
  21. BINGO! The race-card has been so overplayed & so unequally applied that it's lost all any real impact that it might have once had. Granted no-one wants to be treated unfairly because of the color of their skin, but our society is not going to achieve equality & fairness by applying a double standard.
  22. So essentially all of the TGO'ers who have expressed disgust over all of the blatent anti-white racism ... are racists? Seriously?!?!
  23. Yup, they played racial roulette & hit the jackpot. I wish someone would CHA-CHING ME! Oh wait ... that's impossible.
  24. Your absolutely right Link, we'll never know if Trayvon would have eventually turned his life around or if he would have ended up bieng in/out of prison. All we know is that he was a "troubled teen" who seemingly had embraced the thug lifestyle and despite the warnings of friends/family continued to misbehave. As his friend had predicted, Trayvon's out of control behavior did indeed earn him "one in the chest", so Trayvon was well aware of the potential consequences of the path he had chosen, and because it was his brutal assault which forced Zimmerman to end his young life, I am having a difficult time feeling any sort of sympathy for him. I'd probably had felt some sympathy for his parents had they not turned this tragic event into a racial circus, grieving is one thing, blaming "whitey" because you couldn't control your kid is another.
