  1. Their talented but tainted. I won't even listen to their music anymore, let alone buy a CD or concert ticket, let them go sing/play in Europe.
  2. Nope no you're not. Listen just pack them all up & either toss them in storage or loan them out to someone who'll hold onto them until you're ready to start reloading again. Seriously man, do NOT sell off your reloading gear!
  3. This. I've been reloading shotshells for three decades, tweeking various trap, skeet & assorted hunting rounds, however I do not reload defensive rounds due to potential litagation iffin I ever needed to defend my home. Anyway the 7/8 oz loads will preform just as well as the heavier 1 oz + loads if you do your part, but will save you a bunch of money in the long-term because of the volume of rounds you'll be shooting iffin you get serious about shotgun sport shooting, (well except turkey shoots where you would want to use a much heavier load). Anyway for trap & skeet I've had great results from 18 grains of Alliant Promo + Remington STS or Gun Club hulls + WAA12L wad + 7/8 oz of #8 shot. You don't need an expensive progressive reloading press either, I've always used an el'cheapo ($50.00) Lee Load All granted they ain't fancy or quick, but they are cheap & they work great.
  4. I drank "cowboy coffee" for 20 years before my mother finally bought me a coffee maker out of disgust. I'd always just tell her that is what teeth was for (to filter out the grinds) but I do have to admit, I haven't drank cowboy coffee at least not at home since getting that coffee maker, I still make it that way while camping though.
  5. I didn't go out today, didn't want to risk my dog because of the "no-permit required" free-hunt on opening day. Seriously I'd probably go to prison if someone "accidently" shot my bestest buddy Bear.
  6. History is always being "re-written" by those who wish to shape the future.
  7. No worries it's for our own good, everyone can go back to sleep.
  8. Bill Cosby is about the only one that I am aware of & he has been widely denounced as being "self-hating" whatever that means.
  9. Yikes man! Very glad that you didn't get hurt worse, would have sucked if your neither regions had been shredded! Heal up quick & be more careful next-time dude, oh and get your ass back to work ... those cases ain't going to load themselves!
  10. They're definately worth shooting, you really need to experience the super-slick Enfield action to appreciate them.
  11. It is my understanding that you can have a motor on the boat, but you cannot be using the motor to propel forward motion when you take the shot. IE: you have to be anchored or "floating" when you shoot.
  12. Agreed, we all have to deal with rude, inconsiderate asshats on a daily basis, that's just the way it is, no-one is extra special nice to me because I'm white ...
  13. *shrug* a whole lot of white folks are being targeted for violence, because of the color of their skin. Hard to ignore it considering how much "fuss" the other side makes when they feel even slightly victimized (or remotely offended). I'd say it's probably going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better, there will be a tipping point where some white folks will eventually start killing them back. Be prepared.
  14. I disagree, these sorts of "black on white incidents" have become an epidemic, one that better subside quick before there is retaliations.
  15. DHS manager = internet commando? okdokie iffin you say so. Personally I believe that this isn't an "isolated event" it seems more like a pattern within this administration's choice of personnel to me.
  16. Wow, more proof that we're truely living in a post-Constitutional America, resistance is futile, you will be assimilated by the collective...
  17. Well it's obvious that some disgrunted souls have already "gone to war with whitey" at individual & small groups level, it will take a catalyst of some sort for a larger & more organized racial conflict to start. I believe that the clearly manufactured Trayvon/Zimmerman "rage" was an attempt at exactly that, it is obvious to me that another attempt will follow suit, I just hope it is unsuccessful...
  18. The A2 is my favorite AR variant, congrats on your new pig-sticker & best of luck on your build, I'm looking forward to reading your first range report when it's finally finished.
  19. Depends on which knife, on my camp knives that are used for food prep I use a beeswax, on all of my utility knives I use Rem Oil w/teflon. Although my wife just picked up a couple bottles of Epic Ride White-Lightning bicycle lube, which is a fast-dry silicone based lube for wet riding conditions, initial trial so far has been positive on everything I've used it on so far, but haven't used it long enough to give a full-recomendation yet.
  20. Yikes! I've had that happen before, a gallon of gasoline (do not ignite!) Will kill the nest off. If it makes you feel any better you're not the only one suffering at the moment, I sat on a fire-ant nest last night, while wearing only my skivvies, earned myself 9 stings/bites in places you don't want to know about!
  21. I wouldn't even attempt to list all of the game titles sitting in my gaming library, it'd take me all day.
  22. I just don't understand it, this nation has bent over backwards to appease these people, spent trillions to help them over the last 60 years & they are still unhappy enough to threaten their fellow American's with violence for crimes comitted a dozen generations ago. I'm to the point where I just don't care anymore, don't like living in America? There is the door, just remember starting any sort of race-war would be ill-advised, even if the Federal government is currently "in your hands" it wouldn't be afterwards, I can guarantee that.
  23. Basically any bow with a 40# draw can take a white-tail, everything else is personal preference & bells/whistles, if you want to get started in archery I'd suggest buying a good used bow in the 40-60# draw weight, a bunch of arrows (sized correctly for the bow's draw length), a foam target & practice with it a lot.
