  1. You think you where the only one to have that idea??
  2. All it can do is go bang. This weekend I was loading 35 grains of fff. It didn't blow the cylinder off:pleased:
  3. If they or any other "building" has no signs or is posted incorectly why ask why???????? If a "building" IS posted corectly then ask WHY!!!!
  4. Long live .22LR. Though i've never shot a 17mm I have some freinds that love them. Dead on 150yds+. I just have not bought one yet but it could be in the future. I have a few others to get first.
  5. I know the feeling. I don't have anyone to pick with myself & you are a little too far. I'm in Lewisburg. I don't play as much as i would like, I'm really rusty but by no means any good. I try to play the little I do know very well. I like it crisp with my 12 string.
  6. & if you don't want the junk mail, just throw it away or contact the NRA. Don,t cancel a membership for it!
  7. I was at his shop one day & a guy asked when do you do your classes. Rabbi asked what classes do you mean? He said for your range. Now I want to know where can he fit a range in that shop??
  8. I carried mine to a family gathering saterday & it was a hit. Everyone loved it. It was so much fun, though I didn't talk any of them into joining me with one. I guess 7 or 8 shot it wiht me. BTW is there anything I can do to help with acuracy on it? At arround 20yrds it is about 3" high & to the left.
  9. +1 Mike there is a bump for me too!
  10. The L-series is what Home depo & lowes sells. I have the L-130 with a 24 hp Kohler & 48" deck Iit is not the best of mowers. I have had to replace the deck bearrings for all 3 blades (they had no greas fittings), though the replacement ones did have fittings & are better built. The John Deere mowers from these places are not the classic JD mowers. to get the classic ones need to go to JD dealers & pay out the azz for it. PS. Mine has been a pretty good one since I changed the pullys.
  11. I have shot the 22/45 though it is still a nice plinker & verry acurate I just prefer the angle of the Mark models better. If I found the right deal on a 22/45 I would probably pick it up also.
  12. Good question I was wondering the same thing. I am wanting a plinker & was wandering witch to get. I like the grip angle or the Mark III beter than the 22/45. But that's just me.
  13. My sugestion is to look for frist of all the engine Kohler, Kawasaki. or Honda is usually the way to go. They just don't give many problems for years of service. Second is the Hydostatic tranny for me I will never have a gear driven. Third the deck make sure the deck is well made (this is the mower) to make sure it lasts it needs grease fittings on the pully bearrings. For the most part shoot about 2 or 3 pumps of grease in them before you start mowing & they don't give trouble. The name brand doesn't matter as much as long as you can find one that is somewhat "well built". I have 3 John Deere mowers they are great But I mow about 6 acres. The cub cadet & the deere from home depo "AKA Murray" would be great mowers for 1 acre lots, along with many others as long as they get a little maintanance.
  14. someone will probably go after him at some point. Time will tell????
  15. Maybe I will make Mark happy on the one after this, I did like the police '62. But I think this time I want a removeable cylinder with a spare. Has anyone seen the '58 with case hardened frame? How does it look?
  16. I do like the '58 quite well, but also leaning still torward the '73. Life is full of choices!!!!!!
  17. How does one go about getting a C&R?
  18. Is there any way to tell witch one you are buying before you order it? I was leaning torward a Uberti this time, though the model is undecided. What do yall think? 1873, 1858, 1861, or 1862?
  19. I'll say it again since it is gone. I'll have my new toy there too. anyone else bringing any smokepoles? As far as what day to vote for I have to wait to see what Angel's shift is going to do???
  20. The reason I was asking is I don't see it on any of their listings who the manufacturer is for each gun.
  21. Oo I'm not complaning at all of my gun. I took a pretty good look at yours & the finish & grips were nice, makes me want one like that too. Dangit Mike!!
