  1. My opinion is get a second job! It's starting! Before you know it all your extera cash will be going toward the hobby. If you are anywhere near good with your hands try building an AR. It spreads the cost out a bit.
  2. Angel surprised me on he first shots with it, strong hand only. She done great. To me the recoil was very good, & she seemed to handel it well. I also like the Kahr line. They do hide well but a tad bit snappy. I wish I had another.
  3. I do believe it is mine too. I have been carring hers for a couple days to see how I like it & I have got to say "DADDY LIKES". I hate to give it back, but she needs a good one too.
  4. I've thought of this myself. Of corse you know (for the most part ) they don't have a clue. Nobody has a clue. Nobody pays that much atention to onother walking in Wally World, unless you have a permit & trying to see if you can pick one out of the crowd.
  5. Exactly!
  6. I have seen them priced for more than that. Was it stainless?
  7. Congrats. Glad that worked. Let this be a lesson to all!
  8. Pretty pricey for a .380 usually, but people pay it. What is the price that is being asked for it?
  9. Did you call the Overton Co. Sheriff department to see if they acually sent someone to come see you? How about a name of the Detective? The could have been trying to get you to give them the gun. Ya never know. Hope it all comes out well for you.
  10. O yea get it while you can, & add to the crazyness of can't find ammo anywhere & where you can find it the price is 3 times the amount it should be. If some people would stop buying all the ammo they can find then the shelves will restock & the prices will go back to somewhat normal. Sorry I had to say it.
  11. I liked it. It was just heavy & bigger. So I went to a gun show so I could fondle some gentlemen:). I picked up the M&P & I was hooked. It fit perfectly!
  12. Yea I can vouch for that. You can still smell the sawdust.
  13. I live in Lewisburg & work in Nashville So it don't matter to me. There is usually a couple guys on http://castboolits.gunloads.com/cmps_index.php that has some Wheel weights for sale. Whatcha think?
  14. You know how much the membership will run? I could be interested.
  15. She is still an Angel 24hrs a day & 7days a week. The gun just fit her name:D
  16. In those days there were black powder loaded shells. I would have it checked out if I ever decided to shoot it. My dad has a 10ga double barrel Made by W Richards& it has a lamminated steel barrel. Lamminated barrels is like the barrels are layers of steel not solid. His gun is the same way. One chamber is bigger than the other. Of course that is what I was told. I didn't live then.
  17. Look on the barrel & see if it say Lamminated steel. If so it was desinged for Black Powder loads.(Not good for smokless powder). If it don't say it I would ask a gunsmith if it is. Just sayin . Just in case. Congrats on the gift!!
  18. Have I been a good guy or what??? I think she likes them. Since I payed for them.
  19. I never got min in here either. Since this pic I have put a bigger scope on it & have a bipod on order.
  20. 10 lbs of ingots made from old wheel weights will make about 800 rds 124grain bullets.
  21. I've been checking the shops I go by & they are not working any deals on it.
  22. Sounds good to me. Got a good lead source? I have a 20lb bottom pour & a mold or 2.
  23. Thank you sir, & thank you again for your services. I'm done with the rant now.
  24. This sir is uncalled for. There is no need in it. There is no one on this forum or any other that is going to tell me where to put my name. I apoligized for what I said before I said it & I will say that i'm sorry it came out, just hit me the wrong way. I'm sorry once again, but I do like to joke arround just not when me or someone else is askin a serious question about a firearn (not a jokeing matter IMO)
