FOXNEWS is now reporting the name of Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez as the gunman.

Actually, that's what I thought too.  This particular reporter is from the DOJ, I think and she has said the same thing several times over the course of the day.

I doubt we need to worry about that.  I'd say the guard force at Watts Bar and Oak Ridge and other nuclear installations is on high alert.  There will be no 80 year old nuns sneaking into those installations and vandalizing them with red paint.  LOL!!!

Foxnews just mentioned that they are working with a name that would be consistant with domestic terrorism.  Also that ISIS was celebrating the attack in Chattanooga on the internet.  Also Foxnews is saying that it is highly unusual that the FBI would take over the case so quickly and bring to bear so many assets so quickly.  They theorize that there may be a network operating in the area.

If the CBS News report is true, then I would hate to be a Muslim in this state!

There is a big discussion going on about this on CNN at the moment.

I noticed the the FBI Agent was pretty quick to distance himself from the Domestic Terrorism comment.

This holes in the glass door were awfully big.  Could have been a .30 caliber weapon.  Hard to say.    BTW, sorry for the multiple posts.  I was just putting facts out there as they were reported in the press conference.

FBI said the gunman had numerous weapons.

Domestic Terrorism does not rule out links to ISIS.  This from the FBI. There is no determination of motive.  Could be a criminal attack.

2 other individuals were wounded.  The gunman was believed to have lived in the Chattanooga area.

Bill Killian, U.S. Attorney for East Tennessee says this is being treated as an act of domestic terrorism.

The Mayor of Chattanooga is speaking. 4 individuals were killed along with the gunman.  One police officer was wounded in the ankle.  Others also shot.  The same gunman attacked both locations.  The police chief said no other details would be forth coming at this time.

CNN reporting that 3 were hurt and 3 killed and that there is no known link to terrorism.  AP is reporting 5 dead including the gunman.

I doubt that will happen. The military is very uncomfortable arming service members at home. This makes them great targets at these recruitment centers. It also makes the civilians that work around these recruitment centers great targets too. Sent from my SM-G860P using Tapatalk

Eye witnesses say a man with a hi-powered rifle in a mustang convertible opened fire outside the recruiting center. Apparently several rounds were fired into the recruiting office and an ajacent office. Afterwards the shooter drove off and he wasn't in a hurry either. Sent from my SM-G860P using Tapatalk
