  1. You can thank Washington D.C. for that.
  2. Me either, but I would still love to have one!
  3. Do not dry fire it, as it take a chance on breaking the firing pin!
  4. Where is he wearing it? 1, 3 or 4 o'clock?
  5. Found out that at least one Walmart keeps their .177 and .22 pellets behind a locked cabinet like their ammunition.
  6. They've been out of the pistol ammunition business since the Miami High School Mass shooting several years back. I've been buying Federal Auto Match in 325 rd cartons from Walmart when I can find them for $17.99. I guess they have gone up a little.
  7. I’m a real believer in Turkish made firearms! I have two now and have been considering the Regent, a Beretta 92 clone, but I would much rather have this one or the Tisas version of the Hi-Power.
  8. I’ve not seen Golden Saber, but did run across a box of Hornaday Critical Defense 115 gr FTX at an Academy Sports in Jacksonville, FL a couple of weeks ago for $29. I walked out with it.
  9. I was reading that thinking, they only hold 17, then I got to the end. I agree. Get old does have its challenges.
  10. I'm ready for the new Emperor to go, the SOB! We went from one extreme to the other. I think only assholes like DC.
  11. Who didn't see that coming. I wouldn't be surprised if they start refusing to pay death benefits for those who die from COVID, if they weren't vaccinated.
  12. I see a lot of holsters like this one. Just don't get it. Glad to see I'm not the only one. It only makes sense with Appendix carry.
  13. Do any of you have a holster like this? If so how do you like it? I like to carry on the right hip, with my mags on the left hip in a separate mag pouch. This style doesn't make sense to me. How do you access your spare mag with your left hand when carried this way? This seems to be more of an appendix holster. https://aimdepot.com/versacarry-commander-owb-holster/
  14. That’s a great looking rifle! Congratulations!
  15. I'm so sorry! Praying for you and your family!
  16. That's awesome news!!!
  17. You don’t have full immunity until two weeks after the 2nd shot. So it is possibly she has COVID. Hope she starts feeling better!
  18. Update: I was in Florida on vacation last week. I carried one of two pistols, while down there. Either my Tisas Fatih or the Ruger LCP-Max, but mostly the Max. This little pistol has become a game changer for me!!! Carried in a Targa IWB holster, you do not notice it on your person and its very easy to conceal under a tee shirt.
  19. The first step for solving addiction is to admit you have a problem. Nice bunch of rifles!!!
  20. I bought a Rossi M92 Trapper in .357/38 in May of 2020, from Bud's in Seveierville. Compared it to the Henry and Marlin (neither a trapper). I found the Henry to be heavy at almost 8lbs and the price on the MArlin and Henry was almost twice that of the little Rossi. So I went with the Rossi. I have not regretted it at all. The Rossi is fine little rifle. Later shot it against a friend's Remington made Marlin. The Rossi was more accurate and had zero issues. The Marlin kept locking up. It was sent back to the factory once already for the same issue. Beware of the Remington made Marlins.
  21. I'm sorry for your loss and praying for his family and students.
  22. 1. Reliability 2. Sights 3. Ergonomics 4. Size/concealibility 5. Available holsters
  23. No. He is just getting over it. He is back to work, but very fatigued. He is still planning to get the vaccine. He doesn't want to get this again.
