  2. I understand what ur saying and honestly im probably going to just say the hell with it too much hassle to just make a couple bucks here and there
  3. Ty sir and yes i know about the shipping and i can do same day service it takes me about 6-7 hrs to do a backstrap reduction, rounded trigger guard, raised trigger guard, remove finger grooves and full 360 degree stippling
  4. Talked to an atf official and he said it wasnt necessary for what im doing aslong as i was holding serialized parts overnight but he then said he would get a ffl anyways if it was him so idk what to think really except for if they would focus more of the attention on real criminals instead of guys like me we wouldnt have the problems we do
  5. I hope it doesnt because i will be the first to admit i am far from a gunsmith im a parts changer and can do polymer reshaping and stippling and polish certain parts
  6. Thats what i was thinking and i sure will sir
  7. Ty for that info sir and just to be on the safe side i will be getting in contact with an official from their business and trade division on moday before i go any further with doing any work
  8. I called batfe and left a message so now im just waiting on a call back
  9. Ty for that info dolomite i will have to contact atf i guess about getting an ffl.i work private security for the military and the last thing i need is some fed charge
  10. I am not an ffl so i wont be doing any shipping of serial numbered parts but i will be doing everything with the county such as occupational license and tax id and anything else i need to do to be legal before i start doing any work for profit sofar i have just done guns for buddies and done my own stuff.business name will be c and s armorer services
  11. Sry about pics guys i have been extremely busy with my full time job i will be having my girl make a fb page in the next couple of days it will be c and s armorer services and i will post all pics i ha e sofar on there and will post on here as soon as its up im sure u will be impressed with my work as ive had no complaints yet.prices will be very good and tgo members will get a 10 percent discount.
  12. You did a great job man i have alot of exoerience with stippling and do it and other polymer grip mods as a hobby and i will say your work is right on par with mine and alot of other guys that do it for a living so like i said great work.and it is a very effective mod for anyone wanting it done in the east tn area shoot me a pm and i will give u a good deal and fast turn around or if the op wants to make some cash shoot him one and see if he will do it as i said his mandp looks great
  13. Its the reloads im on my 7th .40 cal glock 2 27,2 23 and 3 22s and only one of them has had less than 10k rounds through it and ive never had a problem and my girl friends cousin has many glocks in .40 both for duty weapons and personal and he has never had a problem either so i think that says alot
  14. I understand what ur saying and thank you for your advice.i am going to compile some pics and put the up asap
  15. I am trying to see what kind of market there would be in the east tn area for stippling, grip reductions, undercutting trigger guards and so.i have been doing these mods to polymer pistols for over 2 years now and im wanting to turn it into a side business.lmk what you guys think and anyone wanting pics of the work pm me
