It’s been steadily snowing here in Knoxville for the past couple of hours. Temps are dropping and it looks like it’s sticking to the streets, well at least here on my residential boulevard.

Of course China thinks gun ownership is a problem in this country. Most every country without the rights we enjoy thinks the same thing. That’s all of them BTW. Problem is China carries great weight on the global stage now. We have only ourselves to thank for that.

Why even start the process now when in less than a month they can regulate in great earnest? Patience is obviously not a virtue among some bureaucrats, while others sit back and chip away little by little. Regardless, the end game is the same.

Hospitals are full. Here in Knoxville I do know that one a friend of mine works at has suspended all but essential operations and is coverting an entire floor to Covid patients. A well known Memphis DJ, Chris Jarman, passed away last week. Not clear on the entire story between what I’ve seen what the news reports (heart attack) and some noise on FB, but basically he needed ICU and there was none available locally. He did not survive the 100 mile drive to a hospital that could accommodate. This situation is no joke. People that need immediate emergency care for non-covid issues may very well die when normally they would not.

You may very well find the red dot a misshapen blur if you have something like an astigmatism. However, some red dots are much better than others when it comes to that.

If Joe’s handlers can keep “Weekend at Biden’s” going until 1year and 364 days left in his term we could have Kamala as President for basically 10 years.

Right. The point is many do not understand the difference between PD and Sheriff deputies. They are all cops but have very different bosses and in many cases, agendas. The sheriff has great leeway in saying “I will not comply”, the chief of police does not. Deputies and PD officers may or may not depending on how they want their lives to go.

I fully understand that and also know it doesn’t mean a whole lot. The local sheriff not abiding by federal mandates is not going to stop the feds from coming in and doing as they please. It is also noteworthy that a huge percentage of this country lives under the purview of unelected, appointed police chiefs who serve at the pleasure of the local mayor and city council.
