As much as I would like to see criminals put away and generally removed from society, there simply is no longer any support for that. Incarceration is ridiculously expensive and NO ONE wants to pay for it.

I do hate that for you. Completely taints the whole joy of a new pistol. From what I hear that turnaround time is not an overestimation. It most likely will take that long with the backlog they apparently have. I love S&W (historically) but their current business model is to pump out guns as fast as they can and fix any issues later. That “new” screw that you put in...I’d be raising hell with the source of it as well.

It looks like a .32 ACP on steroids. I wonder if the new EZ will run with those as well.

Might could be farmer Chuck but with S&W premiering it in an M&P EZ model it might very well be targeted at the new gun owner crowd. Then again, the regular gun crowd whose amazement for new never seems to end might latch on to it. Curious to see how this goes.
