Just out of curiosity why are you looking for and buying all this ammo for guns you don't have?

Ya know if she really likes it you'll need to get one of those pink Walther p22's for Christmas as a proper companion piece. Maybe something like this will get my wife to embrace "the hobby".

Good to hear that 1st TN will make it right. Always wondered what would happen in a situtation like that, especially since that's who I do most of my banking with. Go with factory ammo for carry, unless you want to be a test case for some eager young DA or Plaintiff's mouth piece. There's a thread around here somwhere about this and the general consensus is factory loads. The same goes for home defense. You never know what repercussions there might be after the fact and this is certainly something that could get you in hot water.

I've been trying to figure that out myself. Can you or can you not prevent someone from messing with your stuff? What needs to change, or stay the same?

Congratulations! Go to the East Town Wally-World and buy some bullets. While you're packin. They actually had a bunch of 9mm, 40 & 45 (Blazer Brass) when I stopped by there Sunday on my way back from Bass Pro, The Beef Jerky Outlet, and the knife place out there.

+1 on that. I think 10 or more years ago P.S.'s (put on "O" in the middle if you want) were a great place to go look for deals. Seems like those days are gone.

Good. Glad he's willing to make things right. One word of caution though: I would ask for the firing pin to be replaced, not the bolt. Enfield bolts are serial numbered along with the receiver and barrel. Look on the back of the bolt handle. Is there a number there? Does is match your receiver? In other words if you put a whole new bolt in you may want to get it headspaced.
