Is there any message during boot? Chances are highly likely the drive is bad. Very common on laptops. There is an USB adaptor cable you can buy that will allow you to plug that drive (after removing from laptop) into another computer and just copy what you need off of it. Depending on what kind of drive it is...there are "kits" you can get for this. Google around for USB to IDE/SATA converter cables. They might even have them at the local electronics store.

It is Chili time! My standard way of going about it is with lots and lots of spices and fresh peppers, onions, garlic, canned diced tomatoes, etc with some meat and maybe dark red kidney or black beans to hold it all together. I like it HOT. Have tried a couple of these Texas championship brews with great success: Recipes From Past TICC Champions They take alot of work but it's like a party in your mouth! Those store-bought mixes are awful.

I recommend a Smith 442 or Ruger LCP. Both work nicely in a pocket for shorts carry. Yes, one's a .38 and one's a 380 but they will do. That's what I do and am very happy with it. (Plus all my pants are getting too tight for IWB!)

AFAIC, the 21st century started in the year 2000. That means the last year of the decade was 2009 and this is the beginning of a new one. Not to concerned over that whole year one thing...that was like 2,009 or 2,010 years ago. Did the 21st century start in the year 2000? This question has been puzzling the masses for quite some time and was a matter of great debate after everyone realized the world was still working after Y2K and had nothing else to freak out over. It's a new decade.
