My case of Polish arrived today and was not of the quality I expected from AIM. They didn't send me 50's lacquer coated stuff I ordered.....It's all beautiful copper-washed 1974 production with nice little silver tips. Once again, AIM has done me right.

Have you greased, not oiled, the sliding parts? Anywhere the slide/operating rod and bolt travels against metal needs grease.

Don't polish anything! Now that we've got that out of the way...are you using USGI mags or aftermarket?

I have yet to find ammo that did not require cleaning after use. It's all dirty.

No mag safety on XD's. If unsure, go to the store, remove magazine, rack slide and pull trigger.

I saw today where CMP will be selling AP very soon and will not ship to TN. Why, I do not know. Is there some specific law against it in this state? I think they are just being overly cautious. Lawyers. Slightly off topic, but did you know that Sportsman's Guide will not ship bayonets to TN?
