  1. The feds require a background check via NICS and offers It at no cost. It is the state charging you for whatever they do above and beyond what is required. Some states rely solely on NICS and do not charge a background check fee.
  2. A lot of the old Norinco is also steel core. I think that was in a different colored box and marked as such but maybe some of the yellow box is as well. Don’t completely know, but many claim the yellow box is steel core when they’re selling it, thus inflating the price.
  3. There is no federal fee, it’s the state making you pay that.
  4. Probably less than where you came from but who knows anymore.
  5. I think Captain Turd when I look at it.
  6. I'm sure everyone in BFE Mississippi along the Pearl River had a cell phone in 1993.
  7. I have the Thunder version of this pistol and it really is a great gun. One of my favorites. GLWS.
  8. Any Memphis reports? I know there’s nearly 140K without power right now and trees are dropping everywhere. It’s going to be a long night as things really start freezing.
  9. It might work for Colorado.
  10. Maybe someone with more patience than mine can find this latest decree in the Federal Register cause I ain't seeing it. It was scheduled to be posted yesterday, right?
  11. I don’t do politically correct, so is that the same as a “mental health consumer”?
  12. What is a “mental consumer”?
  13. Much of the “defund the police” movement is to get more social worker types and others properly trained in dealing with mentals on the street. How that is supposed to work is anyone’s guess because they’re going to need an armed escort.
  14. Mec-Gar makes excellent 5900 series magazines in 15 and 17 (flush fit) round capacities but they seem to be out of stock everywhere.
  15. Whoever wrote that gibberish should be sent back to kindergarten.
  16. You’re ate up with them things!
  17. Lol, basic crunchy tacos are $1.49 which is still too damn high for what they are.
  18. 73 guns at $1,000 - $1,500 each is $73,000 - $109,500, along with the unknown hours of each investigator involved , couldn’t they just have popped this guy after a few sales rather than dragging it out for a year and a half and ridiculous amounts of money spent?
  19. I would not be a customer.
  20. How much you reckon such a bitchin’ and bespoke weapon might run?
  21. It has something to do with Jesse James Firearms. Yes, the motorcycle guy.
  22. That looks kinda cool.
  23. He has a rewarding future ahead. Pretty much a genius.
  24. These have been used in someone’s ears?
  25. Unless the design has changed that might kill it alone. The originals are notoriously unreliable. Not to mention that availability of rimless .44 Mag ammo.
