Now that we're back on track... Does that 50 BMG upper affix to any AR lower? Like a 5.56 style? Seems to me like the awesome might of that round would crack an AR lower in half after a while.

This right here. I could care less about showcases full of the latest tupperware, tricked-out AR's, and high dollar 1911's. You can get those things anywhere. The attitudes annoy me but if I'm at least acknowleged at left to do my drooling then we're good. I can get someone's attention if needed. As far as knowledge goes....well I've never heard more BS, not exactly factual and just plain I don't knows than in a gun store. I go in prepared or leave and come back.

Have never used it myself but IMHO the laquer coating could become problematic after your guns gets heated up. The chamber can get a little sticky when the goop builds up leading to extraction issues. Others' results may vary. Nothing is cheaper that WalMart Federal 9mm. If you really want cheap steel-cased stuff I would recommend somthing polymer coated like Tula
